Metanoia
Least they are not still mentioning Swamp Gas and Temperature Inversions or postulating that ionization and magnetism produce a hydromagnetic effect on the air surrounding a UFO.

I've read through some of the stuff the CIA keeps on its website. Lots of it is just excerpts from contemporary periodicals that are just something they noted. Started at the top with this lot and made it to about 20 files deep. Have to look up who Mr.Davison was and see what was up his ass so far.

I put this in Podcast Recommendations and will stick it here to see if there is any traction:
Ep. #65 – Luis Elizondo & John Greenewald, Jr. - 1 on 1 - The Black Vault

A year or two ago we would have been on this like a stink. Luis Elizondo sits down and talks to John Greenewald. Interesting conversation, we'll all take away what we want. I guess TwitBook-o-gram is preoccupied.

I didn't hear Lue actually say anything of much use at all. Can't talk about that. Big things going on. Watch this space. Building a Community of Interest. Trust me.

A lot of what he said about building a COI within DoD prior to Dec 2017 sounded exactly like what John B Alexander did decades earlier - a program with shifting titles to stay away from the stigma associated with UFOs as much as possible. In addition Elizondo got funding for whatever the program was, which we're still unclear on except it's mandate was to produce those largely unclassified reports. They sound exactly like a different program from the 70s (can't remember the name of it at the moment) that looked 40 or so years in the future and produced pretty much exactly the same type of reports. The mystery is exactly what did Lue do each day when he sat down at his desk? I mean, after the big kruller and coffee.

So the net result is one video that had apparently already been in the public domain, two that came out after Dec 2017, a picture of a picture of .... Batman or something, and the Senate committee. They had to be looking at the UAV/drone threat anyway as a matter of course and that's probably why reports have been funneled into one spot at DoD.

my impression is that things sre opening up. yesterdsy i heard a guy say that Alien Con is full of PhD scientists who openly discuss UFOs.

I think things are very slowly opening up. I could see within my lifetime the U.S. Government stating the obvious, like there is evidence for and against the ETH and people should make up their own minds about it. Maybe they would declassify some old stuff which shows that highly placed people believed the phenomenon was real and our government did consider it an important matter and investigated it beyond Sign/Grudge/Blue Book. Not many people are still alive who would have participated in official UFO activities in the immediate post-war era, so an agency today would have a form of deniability in the sense that they did not create the records and know nothing about them.

I respect Richard Dolan, he brings some good points every now and then, but I think honestly that his best days are behind him. Today he doesnt seem to care where he gets the money, how crazy conspiracy theories he entertains or who he hangs out with. Its all gone downhill since the Roswell slides fiasco...

Yeah..The Dream Team went down hill after that one as well....
