Thanks for posting this. I live on the East Coast and it's starting to stress me out.
I have nothing but sympathy for the people of Houston when I see the footage on the news.
That being said, I have to get this off my chest. Whenever a major hurricane threatens US coastal areas nowadays we always see those interviews with the people who've built expensive luxury homes right on the beach. When they're asked how they feel about the impending threat, they always have that same reply: "Well that's the price you pay for living in paradise!" C'mon, tell the truth, doesn't that snobby attitude make you root for the hurricane deep down inside?
