What did HC say to change your mind?

The entire collection of "evidence of covering up evidence" from the suspicious and botched autopsy, washing down the limo (this is destroying of forensic evidence) to witness tampering to second shooter from the grassy area (one guy even in prison Earl Files confessed he was the second shooter from the front with the head shot). The critical Zapruder film that recorded the assassination being f*cked with and sliced up, original bought out - effectively black shelved.

There's a lot more in the HC series, and later super agent Hunt's deathbed confession. Most of the accusations or statements are not "proven" (mere anecdotal sure), but for me the high level of evidence of suppression or destroying of evidence (much like in the UFO file) forces me to conclude one way.

The sham "investigation" by the Warren Commission only points to one conclusion - this was a coup by CIA with Oswald as the framed fall guy. Even today, more than 50 years later after the fact, they won't release documents due to protection of agents still alive (my guess mainly Papa Bush). Why not release the documents?, whatever is left of them. USSR is done. More dead bodies along the way, of course Robert Kennedy another CIA hit. The documents would prove the "conspiracy theorists".

I concede one point to @Castle-Yankee54. There was a shot(s) from the Book Repository. It is however, proposed a first shooter (not Oswald) with H.W. Bush as his handler. This alleged part of the assassination is not necessary to the conclusion already reached.

So it's not "one" thing - but the whole deal. I can't see how you conclude anything but a very successful coup operation by the CIA assisted by mafia hit-men to eliminate their common #1 enemy. They were dictating foreign policy against the USSR and he stood in the agenda of taking out Castro. Was he indirectly responsible for deaths of agents in failed coup? Probably. But what we see is they dictated all the decisions, not the President. The tail wagging the head.

The motives of various parties are many to choose from. Mafia for his hard stance on, CIA for failure to support Castro coup, threat of doing away with the CIA or dicing it up, military/DOD wanting to keep the UFO file secret being the biggest national security issue (according to Dark Journalist and many prominent ufologists), never to be admitted to until Dec 16th 2017.

You're telling me you are just looking at the isolated "magic bullet" theory and ignoring the wide and complex context of the event to base your conclusion on?

I think out of every possible theory & explanation I've heard - this is the first one that makes total sense to me (where the lethal shot was accidentally made by one of the agents that was on foot in the motorcade).

very interesting theory, would explain the cover up, nobody wants to appear in the history books as the man that accidentally killed the president

Only that if you watch the video, he waited two years to sue the publisher for defamation, which was beyond statute of limitations. That is indicative of him only wanting to clear his name in a symbolic way only, not really.

I have not heard this version before, it's well presented I grant you that and challenging. "Makes total sense" though? It's not covering so many aspects of the case, willfully ignoring. So this new agent just started working and they gave him the AK-15 because they were out drinking and partying, and he "accidentally" shoots JFK right in the head? That alone, the chances must be very minuscule and highly unlikely.

But okay, lets say for argument's sake he did accidentally did make the 3rd kill shot. Or what if he shot him on purpose as one of the main assassins hired by the CIA for the job? How does JFK's brains go flying back towards the shot's trajectory it came from? I'm hearing what they are saying, and it does't make sense to me, and contradicts other independent investigators theories of a grassy knoll shooter from the front.

Then there's the driver shot him theory, but that's too bogus to study further.

What this explanation fails at, is all the evidence pointing to Oswald not being able to make even the first 2 shots from the 6th floor. Check the video by Marrs below for explanation. Instead he makes claim witnesses saw another agent with a gun in one of the lower floors (I need to verify this claim, going by memory). And later a bullet was planted on the dead body of JFK in the hospital, looking "found".

Jim Marrs explanation makes more sense that Oswald could not have been the shooter, and was someone else, several agents even. Earl Files who claimed he was a mafia hitman, and working as a "backup shooter" that day at grassy knoll area. Someone was there, we have multiple witnesses, and there was shells found there too (or one at least). So even if the "accidental" 2nd shooter is true, there are serious arguments against Oswald shots. Maybe the autopsy evidence being twisted by the CIA agents, and subsequent clean up of car, may have confused the most ardent investigators enough to not be sure of the exact trajectory where he was hit, and we are presented with multiple strong arguments for the 3rd shooter.

Either way "the Smoking Gun" video does not make "total sense" for these incomplete or debatable aspects. And what if the smoke was from the grassy knoll fired by Files? I guess it's possible he was there but not made the shot (due to the accidental shot) and bailed, but he then admitted to it, for some pardon or favor? (this is really stretching to fit the accidental shooter theory).

The Killer Simpson go away with murder, as did the Men Who Killed Kennedy with Oswald the patsy. The overwhelming mountain of evidence of a cover up, at least on that part, we can all agree on. That is 100% clear.

I admit I haven't watched the video, just skimmed through it. I have the attention span of a gnat.

What's an AK-15 and why couldn't Oswald have done it?

Armalite rifle. AR. Eugene Stoner. I assumed it was just a typo. Yes they were around in 1963 but it would have been highly unusual for even the Secret Service to have them. AK-15s aren't the same animal but are similar.

Don't want to be a funsnatcher, but again, why couldn't Oswald have made those shots?

I'm not into the math but do know how to shoot and tend to agree with this:

Mr. Rogers' AP Physics C: Projectile motion Problems

JFK_assasination.gif

JFK Problem

President John F. Kennedy, was fatally wounded when a bullet struck the back of his head on Friday, November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, at 12:30 p.m. CST. At the time, he was riding in an open limousine moving away from the gunman at a horizontal velocity of 11.2 mph (5 m/s). According to the official story put out by the Warren Commission, the fatal shot was one of three fired by lone assassin Lee Harvey Oswald from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository. The first shot apparently missed, the second struck Kennedy in the back at the base of his neck, and the third in the head from a distance of 81 m.

The Warren Commission findings were immediately rejected by various conspiracy theorists who have frequently claimed that the required level of marksmanship would have been virtually unattainable and the required firing rate (5.6 to 8.3 seconds from first to third shot, depending on whose estimate one believes) impossible for the World War II surplus bolt-action rifle* Oswald supposedly used.

While a simple projectile motion analysis cannot rule out a conspiracy, it can shed light on the difficulty of the shot. Movement of the target and bullet drop due to gravity would both make a head shot more difficult.

Calculate the time required for the bullet to reach its target. Assume Kennedy is stationary, the bullet travels in a straight line from the point where it's fired to the target, and that there is no air resistance. Admittedly, the path of the bullet will not be in a straight line, but if the time is short the assumption will introduce only a small error.

Next calculate the amount the bullet would drop below a straight line path during the time of flight calculated above, as well as the horizontal distance Kennedy would have moved. From this distance calculate how far below the aiming point the bullet would impact. Add the bullet drop to this distance. This total gives an idea of the possible errors in the vertical dimension between the point of impact and point of aim.

Is the error described above likely to produce a complete miss? Keep in mind that Oswald was an ex-marine with marksmanship training and had practiced shooting his WWII surplus rifle at a local shooting range. He steadied the rifle on a large box as he fired at Kennedy and would have known to aim a little high.

As for the firing rate, numerous tests by various groups have demonstrated that when starting the clock on the first shot, two additional shots can easily be fired within even shorter 5.6 second time estimate. Entertainers Penn and Teller have made a popular video demonstrating the it.

* 6.5 x 52 mm caliber Carcano rifle with a 4x telescopic gun site firing Western Cartridge Co. ammunition with a 160 grain (10.37 g) round nose bullet with a muzzle velocity = 700 m/s and a velocity at 100 yards of 550 m/s. The estimated average velocity would be about 625 m/s.
Solution
Assuming constant velocity over a straight line path yields:

t = d / v

= (81 m) / (625 m/s)

= 0.13 s

If the bullet were dropped, it would fall a distance y as follows:

y = 1/2ayt2

= 1/2 (9.8 m/s2) (0.13 s)2

= 0.083 m

During the time the bullet traveled, the limousine would move xL as follows:

xL = v t

= (5 m/s) (0.13 s)

= 0.65 m

The motion of the limousine would cause the bullet to strike below the original aiming point by Dy as follows:

Dy = xLsin (17)

= (0.65 m) (.294)

= 0.19 m

Combining both the bullet drop and limo movement errors indicates that the bullet would have dropped about 27 cm or about 11 inches. Assuming that the rifle sights were not adjusted to compensate for bullet drop and that Oswald had aimed near the top of JFK's head, the bullet would have struck JFK in the back near the base of the neck. Most likely, the rifle sights would have been adjusted to hit the target at 100 yards (91 m). In this case, only the motion of the car would have significantly mattered. It would have caused the bullet to strike low by about 7.5 inches.

Conclusion and Significance
Neither the bullet drop due to gravity or the motion of the limousine would have been likely to cause a shooter to miss the target. Hitting a slow moving target 81 meter away would have well within the skill level of an ex marine or for that matter a deer hunter.

Those "old WW2 rifles" are far more capable than you might think, even a surplus Carcano 6.5 carbine which is shorter, lighter and kicks less than this one. I put this thing together from parts and it's quite smooth and accurate. You're not even talking about 100 yards

They're saying he did make one. But the fatal shot was by the agent.
