It's been a busy day here at home, I didn't eat anything all day until an hour ago, I scrambled three eggs with chopped pieces of ham mixed in, also fried a couple potatoes I sliced up and opened a jar of green beans that were canned six years ago and fried some of those, everything seasoned and cooked using a ceramic skillet...That was a delicious dinner, kobi got some of my eggs and ham with his food, he had chicken stew canned dog food...

Yesterday I had Subway for lunch with a friend of mine, first time I have eaten Subway in months...It was very delicious, I had a roast beef six inch sub with some fixings and trimmings, no sauces and light cheese sprinkled on top and toasted...He had a toasted tuna sub...

I bought three pounds of cajun spiced pork sausage from a local farm who processes it themselves and put two in the freezer and one pound I sliced up into patties and cooked them on the ceramic skillet 20 minutes ago...Damn good spices and flavour, not overly hot but just the right kick...Very delicious, Kobi likes it too lol...
