As Above So Below
A local friend's son has been sick with similar symptoms, tiredness, sore throat and pressure, he went to the doctor yesterday and they gave him antibiotics and keeping him out of school for a few days...That boy gets sick a lot though which I think is because of his diet, he eats way too much overly processed foods for his age, 7 or 8 years old...

Yeah, I get this all too often, usually right when the really cold weather starts coming in. there are two basic kinds of people when it comes to getting seasonal sicknesses, People who rarely ever get sick, And people like me and your friend's son lol, I've got antibiotics left over from the last time the doctor had me on them, I've been thinking about taking them hoping it will help.

Fratty and out of touch.
I've been having seasonal allergy problems myself.

Yeah, It really sucks, I miss the warmer weather, I was becoming an outside person. I feel like there is a hint of winter depression too. I had left this sitting around doing nothing life behind. And now I'm right back to just that.

I can't stand the cold weather though. I can't wait till the warm weather comes back, I'm gonna plant a garden this year, Well next year...

Awwwww shadow prophet there is no reason to be depressed. The spring will be around on Thursday March 19th. Thats 4 months away about. Therefore, to me that means: soon, and time to work on projects. I think winter is all-nighter season. The amazing thing about projects is that once you begin one, it is bound to be finished in one fell swoop. That is how humans do things. Boredom and depression often comes from lack of confidence and can be cured by a project. The easiest way to start one is to make a list of projects you could do and then do only the one that you put first on the list. You can tape the list to your wall.

here is an example of a project list:

Decorate your room with post-its with cryptic writing only you can understand.
Go on freelancer.com or upwork.com and make money as a freelance writer. ez money.
Make a song on a computer program like ableton live or something.
Start a journal and lookup ufo abductions that interest you and journal about them and then turn that into a blog. solve the cases with handwriting.
make a new kind of language.
write a list of ways you can make money
sign up for school
talk on personalityforge.com with chat bots and even create your own.
walk to a part of the neighborhood you've never been to
drive a car on a vacation and treat yourself to nature.
set a timer for two hours buy some big art paper and brainstorm on it with circles and bubbles. see what your brain comes up with on its own.
write down all the things you would find boring so you can avoid them and then write down all the things you find exciting and interesting so you can do only those.

hopefully this inspired you to make your own, typed or handwritten. its the best help i can do.

sidenote: My understanding is that depression is lack of communication with another life form stemming from pollution in the air, or physical sickness. thats all it is. if you can establish communication with your subconscious, (the other person living inside of you) or a family member or something, than that should help greatly with the depression. I'm no longer depressed I beat it, I live on my own, but somehow I managed to heal my brain up real nice and never be short of ideas. Ideas are infinitely entertaining. So the way that I did it was by realizing how neurons learn.

Here it is: 10 neurons can be given an example of a racetrack and guided along it. They learn how to navigate racetracks. Imagine what 10 billion neurons can do. Where did I pull that number from? Thats the number of neurons in your brain! There's no reason to be depressed. Just watch your brain learn and its infinite entertainment. never gets old or boring. we grow so accustomed to having a brain that we just... take it for granted. So, you could combine this all. Watch your brain learn how to do a project on the list. Infinite entertainment. any how shadow prophet i hoped you liked this advice it worked for me and its the best i can give. :):emoji_art:

You could be right about depression being a lack of communication, See my mind has always worked on a possible outcome scenario, For every decision I make, I try to see the other possible decisions I could have made in its place. I feel like As I pondered the colder more indoor seasonal changes, "weeks ago" I just Gave up on all my current activities. I think the solution is, I need to find other activities to keep me busy.

I had been working on a lot of old Pc's and tablets I had laying around, After years of working on things like that, I have a virtual technological junk room, So I would grab a few of the broken ones, Do what I can to get them operational, And most usually find some function for that device that gives it some use.

Most recently, I got some older android 5 tablets going and set them to protein folding.

Folding@Home releases Android client to Open Source - Sony Developer World

Folding proteins is a very useful contribution to medical science, see, If one can properly fold proteins unique to specific diseases or even people, We could literally replace tissue that has been damaged by cancers, We could in theory cure terminal cancer completely, Of course, We can't literally fold proteins very well technologically at the moment, But this information that people contribute to the folding at-home project, will save lives someday :) Anyway, It was as good a use as any for a few old junk tablets :) But that aside, The novel idea of working on a bunch of broken junk has worn thin, I need to find something else to keep me busy now lol.

You're on the right track. You'll find it. I'm highly interested in chain reactions. F.I. starting a "chain reaction" of ideas so that i stay occupied or another example is: "a chain reaction" of cleaning and organization. or a "chain reaction" of healing. i find that to be a very interesting concept.

You probably already cured cancer. if one of your proteins turns out to be a "super protein" that works in every scenario

trust your brain. even if you don't realize which one is the super protein, your brain knows.

I think cobalt is on to something....

Shadow... you amaze me... proteins??? Awesome!

_ I folded some eggs this morning, but I know that doesn't count. :) _
