What, so comments from the peanut galley on yesterday's launch? We sat there chewing nails watching it live, thankful nothing got blown up.

SpaceX

Two things. One is the weird futuristic look; gone are the chain smoking men with big headsets and Buddy Holly glasses. Enter the NASA spokespeople, properly isolated by plexiglass. Or it might've been a Starbuck's I was looking at, not sure about that.

The other is civil unrest and rioting in the streets while a few of us pay attention to the space launch. A trip around the Moon might've saved 1968 but 2020 just needs to have the big chrome handle activated to make it go away.

Bambi breathes again! Incredible moment two men use CPR to revive lifeless fawn found floating on a lake

This is the heart-warming moment a fawn is nursed back to health after being discovered floating lifeless on the surface of a lake.

In the footage the lifeless fawn is placed in a towel and dried off.

Then two men begin performing CPR on the animal with a shirtless man in blue shorts performing chest-compressions and the second man, called Brian, blowing air into the animal’s mouth.

The men then dip the animal back in the water before compressing its chest once again.

In the video, Brian is heard saying: ‘You can see her heart beating.’

To which the younger man says: ‘I can feel it too. It’s weak.’

All of a sudden, the animal springs back to life and rolls around on the towel.

The younger man then says that he didn’t expect to be saving a fawn but he was glad he was able to help.

One of the people in the video said: ‘The fawn was floating lifeless in the water. Brian discovered it boating by with our daughter, Brynn, on their afternoon tubing excursion.

Has anyone in the south or east coast been impacted by this dust?

Yes indubitably, more so yesterday than today but the sky has had a haze to it, not a pollution type of haze, more like different colour shades, a hue change sort of...Even the trees appeared to me to be a slightly different shade of green in full sun, I noticed this more so in the afternoon yesterday and in the morning today...
