US has evidence of UFOs moving at non-human speeds and breaking sound barriers without a sonic boom

Ratcliffe, Donald Trump’s Director of National Intelligence said that most of the incidents still have no simple explanation. Also, there are a lot more sightings than have been made public.

“And when we talk about sightings, we are talking about objects that have seen by Navy or Air Force pilots. Or have been picked up by satellite imagery that frankly engage in actions that are difficult to explain.”
“Movements that are hard to replicate that we don’t have the technology for. Or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom,” Ratcliffe told Fox News.

A new Pentagon report will also explain any threats due to the aerial event or if foreign adversaries are supposedly controlling them.
Weather may cause visual disturbances

Ratcliffe said that weather may create visual disturbances. He further added that sometimes they wonder if or not their adversaries have technologies slightly down the road than they assumed. But at these occurences they don’t have a better explanation for things that have been seen.

Ratcliff’s views emerged months after the Pentagon declassified three popular UFO videos. It admitted that the video was recorded by US Navy pilots.

According to Ratcliffe, the reported sightings extend beyond “just a pilot or just a satellite, or some intelligence collection.”

In December, Donald Trump had signed the $2.3 trillion COVID-19 relief and government funding bill. With that a 180-day countdown for the Pentagon and spy agencies began to reveal their findings about UFOs.

Ratcliffe said he had expected to share the information before the administration left the White House in January. But they were unable to write it down into an unclassifed version.

The part about sonic booms caught my eye..it's true..any craft that has lift..traveliing at supersonic or hypersonc speed will produce a sonic boom..Darpa and others awrded milillion to whoever could come up with a working design

Sonic boom
Busemann biplane - Wikipedia
Seebass and George also worked on the problem from a different angle, trying to spread out the N-wave laterally and temporally (longitudinally), by producing a strong and downwards-focused (SR-71 Blackbird, Boeing X-43) shock at a sharp, but wide angle nose cone, which will travel at slightly supersonic speed (bow shock), and using a swept back flying wing or an oblique flying wing to smooth out this shock along the direction of flight (the tail of the shock travels at sonic speed). To adapt this principle to existing planes, which generate a shock at their nose cone and an even stronger one at their wing leading edge, the fuselage below the wing is shaped according to the area rule. Ideally this would raise the characteristic altitude from 40,000 feet (12,000 m) to 60,000 feet (from 12,000 m to 18,000 m), which is where most SST aircraft were expected to fly.[5]
NASA F-5E modified for DARPA sonic boom tests
This remained untested for decades, until DARPA started the Quiet Supersonic Platform project and funded the Shaped Sonic Boom Demonstration (SSBD) aircraft to test it. SSBD used an F-5 Freedom Fighter. The F-5E was modified with a highly refined shape which lengthened the nose to that of the F-5F model. The fairing extended from the nose all the way back to the inlets on the underside of the aircraft. The SSBD was tested over a two-year period culminating in 21 flights and was an extensive study on sonic boom characteristics. After measuring the 1,300 recordings, some taken inside the shock wave by a chase plane, the SSBD demonstrated a reduction in boom by about one-third. Although one-third is not a huge reduction, it could have reduced Concorde's boom to an acceptable level below FM = 1.
As a follow-on to SSBD, in 2006 a NASA-Gulfstream Aerospace team tested the Quiet Spike on NASA-Dryden's F-15B aircraft 836. The Quiet Spike is a telescoping boom fitted to the nose of an aircraft specifically designed to weaken the strength of the shock waves forming on the nose of the aircraft at supersonic speeds. Over 50 test flights were performed. Several flights included probing of the shockwaves by a second F-15B, NASA's Intelligent Flight Control System testbed, aircraft 837.
There are theoretical designs that do not appear to create sonic booms at all, such as the Busemann biplane. However, creating a shockwave is inescapable if they generate aerodynamic lift.[5]

That said it looks like someone has solved that little problem for them already..as both Russia and China have well developed hypersonic missile technology as well..
And maybe..whats been seen yet not heard is just more tech testing..

Greetings and Welcome to AE...q37

Nice information and the bit in the OP about the lack of sonic boom is very intriguing...

Ep. #69 – The Coming 2021 UAP/UFO Report: A Historical Perspective - The Black Vault

... I'm posting this, but believe that "I just might be the one harbouring the least expectations of anything tangible coming from this 'latest' eagerly anticipated governmental-spectacular!" ... it has been buzzing social media for months now, and so far i've failed to get the required amount suspense and positive expectations that many of my friends on social media have built up over that time,... but fingers crossed... i'm wrong. ;)

Cheers.

Not the only one harboring small expectations of anything tangible.

Pentagon confirms leaked UAP photos and video are real

A Pentagon spokesperson sent Mystery Wire the following statement:
I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel. The UAPTF has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations. As we have said before, to maintain operations security and to avoid disclosing information that may be useful to potential adversaries, DOD does not discuss publicly the details of either the observations or the examinations of reported incursions into our training ranges or designated airspace, including those incursions initially designated as UAP.

New development from Black Vault.
"Since December of 2017, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, or AATIP, has long been touted as a “Secret Pentagon UFO Study” which lasted from 2008 – 2012. However, that has not always been the case to the Pentagon. In a series of conflicting and confusing statements since 2017, the official position of the Department of Defense (DoD) has gone from confirming it was a UFO program, to saying no it was not, to now saying it still was not a UFO program, but it did utilize UFO (or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena / UAP) reports during its research stages."
