Curse of The Man Who Sees UFOs

A couple months of ago, I noticed a documentary titled "Curse of The Man Who Sees UFOs" was added to Netflix and decided to watch it. It follows a man named Christo Roppolo, who is recorded by a film maker, Justin Gaar. Now, I'll admit, Roppolo went a little off of the foundation numerous times through the documentary, but there's something more to him that makes him seem sincere, he's dedicated his life, and still does, to the pursuit of truth. More over, through out the documentary, he delves into some of the most pivotal points of his life. When he was younger and his brother ran off with his life's savings, when he was an FX and makeup artist for major motion films, when he lost the love of his life. By the end of the film, I was intrigued not only by the footage he presented, but the life of this seemingly otherwise normal individual.

I reached out and was corresponding with him last month, and he was (then) working on a "sequel", collecting and organizing new evidence for it. He seems truly excited to show people the proof and footage he has collected over the years. I recommend anyone here who is looking for an interesting documentary, watch his story.

Where does he live? Are there any examples of his sightings?

In the future stay away from Michael Lee Hill or a guy going by UFOclicks.

California. His collections are mostly from Monterey, which I'm pretty sure is where he is still living now.

Actually M. Hill is in Ohio......and clicks is the Florida balloon man.

So does Christo have any examples of his sightings?
He does, he has a YouTube channel where I believe he has some of his findings, but there are plenty of them in the documentary itself. I know in the last half hour or so of the film he presents some footage which he considers to be some of the best he has.

This is the most recent one he's put up on his channel regarding any sightings

Thank you.....hope this isn't one of his best.........if the rest of them are as short I'll check out few of them.

But this one likely answers my questions about the guy.
Definitely not one of the best of his I've seen, but I took a look at his other recent ones and didn't think they were too impressive...

He definitely seems more sincere than most of the other people who makes claims or post videos and footage of what they've captured, but all in all I think he's a very lonely guy who captures what he believes to be UFOs, even though some of his footage and experiences do seem very authentic

I think its authentic.....but I'd say this is like M. Hills videos in that its likely a commercial aircraft.

I've never heard of M. Hills before. A lot of the footage Christo presents does look like it could be explained, but I have to admit some of it is a little weird

Do most of them look like the one you just showed me?
No. I mean some of them, granted, do. But I remember in part of the documentary I went back a few times because of one piece of footage he'd showed. And I remember the ending, when he said he "saved the best for last", that was also some very interesting footage

Thank you. After your other post regarding Mike Hill being on UFO hunters I realized he is who I believed him to be. He films things over Lake Erie, which is why I made the mistake of thinking he was from Michigan.

UFOclicks I assume it's Jeremy Thomas then? I remember him from Above Top Secret a few years ago when I still frequented the forum. He likes to go on about his equipment, specifically his "dual camera" set up. Fortunately there's a few bonafied experts at ATS regarding cameras and filming techniques. They were able to explain exactly why they believed his camera set up was deficient. (something about concentrating on number of pixels, rather than size?) Not in my wheelhouse really, so I'm not 100% sure. I do however remember Mr. Thomas being a rather unpleasant character.

I couldnt find a source that wasnt just someone recording straight from their TV with the quality of a potato, I know its still on Netflix last I checked, and if you have Amazon Prime it should be free to stream too. I'll check on my laptop when I get home for a better source in the case you cant use either of those
