Had another wild episode with the wifes copd (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), This is the second time I`ve bout lost her from it.Right now now i`m home getting the house cleaned up in anticipation for her coming home tomorrow or Sunday from the hospital. And what bugs her the most is she gonna miss getting her 1st dan black belt certificate in taekwondo that was gonna be handed to her by the Kukkiwon World Taekwando Headquarters from South Korea masters, that traveled here. And i`m like who the f cares about that, sure its great but when the paramedics have to shove a tube down ya to be able to keep ya breathin and im hearing the paddles go off while they are sitting out front of the house... and there was a couple of times i was taken aside and i thought oh great here it comes they are gonna tell me they lost her. but thank god that didnt happen, but im trying to prepare for that, but how does one? and i`m the type that`d die from heartbreak within 6 months after i`m afraid.

Man I love genealogy, old photos like this are amazing. I find myself just staring at them, wondering what they were thinking, who they were, what they liked. That is awesome that you have a photo from so long ago.

Goanna oil.

Yes that's more of an analgesic I goofed on that the Aloe Vera then do you have some ?

Aloe vera is a soothing beauty ingredient which helps keep your skin healthy and repairs damaged one with its healing properties. The good thing about aloe vera is that it can be used by people of different skin types.

Do you have coconuts there ?

Coconut oil is a powerful moisturizer that is beneficial to restoring dry or flaking skin. Unlike your average moisturizer that contains a lot of water and likely synthetic ingredients, coconut oil helps to strengthen skin tissue more deeply and eliminate dead skin cells while absorbing quickly into your skin.

What is good for dry skin?
The best treatment for dry skin is daily lubrication with an emollient (a substance that inhibits the evaporation of water). Because most dry skin is due to external causes, external treatments like creams and lotions can be applied and effectively control the skin problem.
