What does it mean to dream in extreme color ? Like if you suddenly turned up your color settings on your TV to 90 % or something
Thsts how it looked. It was only a short segment of 10 to 20 sec. Then it faded back to "normal"

The last dream i had was about 2 days ago, i don't remember most of it.. My high school friend from German came to my house and she want to stay with me, when i went to greet her i saw a shadow of what looks like a man standing infront my house, when i went closer to that shadow it turned out to be her, she became a man.. She used to have a very long beautiful blond hair during the schooling days. In the dream, she had a very short hair, dyed her hair in a mix of brown and black and it looks quite messy.. she was very active, i couldn't keep up with her.

Dreams: Why do we dream?
You don't remember dreams (95% of the time). I don't remember any of my dreams.
From the current understanding of dreams, I believe dreams are mostly random firing of the sensory areas of the brain assembled into patterns and a narrative, a form of apophenia.
I saw a suggestion a while back that dreams start with the last thing you were thinking about and evolve from there. And that successful people think about work and their immediate challenges. Which means you can influence the narrative the random firings are assembled into.

For instance, recent work has shown that sleepers tend to initiate pleasant dreams if nice smells are wafted at them in REM sleep, and they have negative or unhappy dreams if stinky, unpleasant smells are sent their way. Some people can achieve lucid dreaming, in which they control the sequence of events in their dream, and evidence suggests that these techniques can be learned by intensive practice and training.
So, make sure your bedroom smells nice.
The smell of your bedroom does not affect dimension traveling/astral traveling and you should be able to remember it.

Or, you could just say, the left side of the brain is reminded of something.... Say a man smells cinnamon, and the first thing he will think is 'Grandma' because grandma baked with cinnamon, and as a young man his left brain associated it with her.
The right brain tries to make sense of that, and converts 'grandma' to 'cinnamon' and he speaks... "Ahhhh cinnamon reminds me of when I was a boy, and having some of Grandma's delicious cookies!"
Then he gets a sad face as he realizes his Grandmother has been dead for some years, and he looses his appetite for the cookie he was about to eat for a moment...then his mouth waters, and he makes the connection that if he eats the cookie, it is like bringing Grandma back in a way... and he takes a bite, and smiles, and is thankful in that moment to have her back, even if it is only through his tastebuds...

There was a study of patients with the right/left brain connection severed. Really weird things happen. If you cover the eye on the verbal side and show someone an object they will lie about what they are seeing - because their verbal side can't see anything.

Usually dark long creatures (unusual creatures of any sort that appear humanoid) are tests... to see how you deal with it. If you are positive and open and curious, you should be able to tell them what you prefer and they should try to accomodate you.Goddamnit! Why can't I have some nice conversations with creatures in astral plane. All I encountered was dark and long creatures.
Next time just say... "You know... this,would be easier if you were more gentle or if you could ask permision... I promise to respect you if you will respect me. "
Then see what happens... seek positives...
