I agree.....if they have any interesting data I'm sure who sees it is limited.
Though Dr Vallee and others have said that in the past the big radar tracking boards the govt used to monitor US airspace (NORAD) often tracked what were called 'fastwalkers' and there were usually quite a few people in the rooms who knew this that had the job of watching these radar boards.I'm sure the tech has changed somewhat but some of these huge systems to track airspace are probably still in use.
