Hello and please pass along a 'hug' and 'hello' to them, some time has past since the waking world, wasn't sure about cups of tea...I've taken 3 days off of all activities work related to rest and recover, I tend to push myself too much and last week was to that point...16 hours this past Saturday at work was icing in the cake...
