Looking at the radar and if I remember correctly where you live, looks like a bow echo. Winds get any higher then 40?

81F currently with storms all around me. I'm in a little pocket of sunshine.

Yeah they did before it was all done, ripped some limbs out of my pecan tree too...Today has been quite pleasant, it's 85 degrees but low humidity and partly sunny skies...

Today has been a spectacular day outside!...Mostly sunny skies and 79 degrees, very low humidity, perfect weather...I've been outside a good part of the afternoon, took Kobi for a hike in the forest before a little work in the garden...I wish it would stay like this all summer lol...

Extreme heat wave in Mexico. It's so hot street lights are melting.
It's so hot in Mexico right now that traffic lights are melting - Mexico City beats 99-year-old temperature record in unprecedented heat wave that has already killed 13 people - Strange Sounds
Some call it the heat wave of the century! And Mexicans are being fried by temperatures reaching up to 50 °C (122°F)! It’s so hot in Mexico right now that even traffic lights are melting and a 99-year-old temperature record was beaten two days ago in Mexico City. Already 13 people have been killed by this unprecedented heat wave in different states across the country. In addition to the heat, meteorologists forecast intense storms in certain areas of the country. In Chihuahua, Nuevo León and Coahuila, wind gusts could exceed 50 kilometers per hour. It’s Hell on Earth!

On May 30, Mexico City experienced its hottest day in the last 99 years as thermometers reached 31.7°C (89.1°F), surpassing the historical maximum temperature of 31.2°C (88.2°F) recorded in 1919.

0.5°C increase in 99 years is pretty impressive.

We get 100/100 (37.8°C) weather here (much warmer and more humid) during the summer and they must be concealing the bodies of people that drop like flies since the news doesn't mention it.
