Ghost Hunts Over the Years

No, I don't think I do. My reading comprehension is just fine. I will indulge you however...

Supernatural implies something beyond nature. Nothing exists beyond nature. If it exists, it's natural. A minor distinction but I think distinctions are important when seeking clarity. You don't agree?

"the hell do you work out what is what out of the 2 to come to the conclusion: 'Some orbs are natural and some are paranormal'???"

Didn't I answer that clearly enough? Perhaps more clarity is required then...

ALL orbs are natural. They exist regardless of whatever they may be. SOME are paranormal because they are not explained with our current understanding. They are beyond normal, not beyond natural. Just because you or I don't have an explanation for what they are (the paranormal ones) doesn't make them exist DESPITE the laws of physics. They are not SUPERnatural.

Now, you can pull up the dictionary all you like but this singular distinction is important for matters of clarity. It's not important for TV shows about hunting demons.
oh ok then

Not clear enough? Do you want to break the words down into their prefix, root and suffix? We could better discuss context if we did. The context of one is in regard to the innate qualities of a thing and the context of the other denotes knowledge of a thing.

Are you serious? --normal & natural are the same thing in this context!! Don't be so ridiculous..

Lol No they are not. Normal and natural are not interchangeable in their strict sense. Do you really want to argue that? We can break the words down. I did say distinction and clarity, didn't I? Of course I am serious.

You asked, I answered. I gave you a precise answer and still you want to debate it. If you don't agree then move on. Otherwise it appears that you are not asking in order to understand another's perspective but are only asking as a matter of contention. Continuously asking the same questions that have been answered, clarified and explained is tiresome. It's not constructive. It serves no purpose. You don't agree. Fine. Now add something constructive to the conversation or I'm done here.

Lol No they are not.
eeer lol yes they are... Do you really want to carry on with this? If you do, all you'll be doing is making yourself look stupid!

Some advice:

go back & think about what you're saying if you want to carry on, especially when speaking to me- your choice

Can't resist, huh?

I'm not worried about looking stupid, notdej. I know exactly what I am saying. Go on...go copy-paste your dictionary definitions here. I'll wait. Who knows...maybe you'll educate me...

Your augment in this debate is you're telling me the paranormal is not (or not classed as) supernatural...

Anyone reading this will I'm sure feel no need to comment:

I rest my case

well let's hope for you're sake you take it in.

I don't know...can I get some cliff notes maybe? I'm still trying to understand how your (misconstrued) summary of my "argument in this debate" statement accomplishes your goal of proving yourself right. I'm still waiting on you to explain how natural & normal are interchangeable in the context I established. Oh that's right...you rested your case without doing so. I guess I am out of luck then.

Know anything about this place 22?

Kentucky’s Haunted Anderson Hotel is so Violent it’s Off-Limits to Ghost Hunters
Kentucky's Violently Haunted Anderson Hotel is so Scary it was Sealed Up

I'm familiar with it but haven't been there yet. My home state is full of haunts...including the most haunted place in America....Waverly Hills. I suppose one day I will venture there since its the Mecca of ghost hunting. I haven't yet because I'm not fond of ghost tours or sponsored ghost hunts...and the costs for a team is expensive unless your team is large and you're still likely to be divided among the floors. Give me a few honest companions, some basic equipment and at least 8 hours of uninterrupted, free access...then we will see what we can scare up. :)
