sorry. I should have looked for more sources before posting HOAX ALERT: Tiny time traveler’s watch is not real (UPDATED)
just another hoax...

Lol... don't worry we've all been there Ida.sorry. I should have looked for more sources before posting HOAX ALERT: Tiny time traveler’s watch is not real (UPDATED)

But I do think that it would be a good idea for you to start an 'Ooparts' thread.
They are always pretty interesting, and every site [well most] seem to have them. I checked with the AE site search engine and couldn't find any old ones tucked away . So why not put a couple of your favourite articles together and start one over on the unexplained mysteries branch for all to read and join in. My personal favourites are the Bagdad batteries, and the Antikythera mechanism that I first learned about on the old Arthur C Clarke's mysterious world t.v programme 40 years ago. … [god that was a great programme for a young 'smart n' good-looking man to grow up with. ]
Cheers Ida.
To closes thing to scientifically provable extrasensory perception were actually dogs, not humans.
There is a guy called Rupert Sherdlike who did experiments with dogs and BBC did a documentary about that. Like the very moment when dog's owner would step into a taxi 5 miles away, dog, who would stay at home, would run to the window again, and again. A skeptic said: "It must be that dog was hearing taxi doors being shut." As if that town was full of taxies slamming doors all the time. And how's dog going to hear it from 5 miles away.
I need this vehicleJust thought I would drop this link in here...
The 1950s Flying Saucer Conventions at an Underground Rock House
…… as I say, that in my humble opinion I do not see any evidence of there ever being a genuine contactee. [in the sense that we are discussing] .. even so I have to admit that these kind of ETH-shindigs are something completely 'alien' to someone like me. Where like minded gentle souls gather in the hopes of learning something about the topic that they all clearly love … and of course to generally have a good time and let off steam with commensurately minded friends.
And it might sound strange or a little whimsically-minded to some, … but i'm sad that this wasn't a part of my own formative years. … would it have changed my discernmental-cognitive-skills? … i'd like to think not... but then again, who knows? lol.
edit to add... that I just wish that a dirty big genuine Flying Saucer touched down for just long enough for all of these grand peaceful folk to have a good gander at.
Cheers.
How do you know she was not self-inducing borderline epileptic fit? Epileptic people can have very strong visions and it's simply an illness.
How was that "presence" manifesting, was there any physical effect?
Where you yourself hearing any vices during sessions?
I was making my observational conclusions from my own senses, not by her actions and words...
Not necessarily physical effects, if there was any physical effects they were minimal...This entity manifested around her and stayed in constant contact with her physical body and energies...I saw this quite clearly as I have before...
The only sounds it made were through her, speaking through her, which that in itself is not enough to make proper observational conclusions, the other non-physical aspects and my own sight combined over a few months of my attendance with her group is how I based my judgement...
I tried a couple of times to set up a private session with her and the entity as she offered this but both times she fell ill and canceled our appointment...Soon after that I left that region and never saw her again...

I think that the majority of mediums are really there with a wink and a nod and it's entertainment.
let us pause here long enough to examine the facts and to point out the differences in the properties of inertial and Newtonian mass.
All physicists of today are agreed that the electron has mass. Yet if it were possible for us to hold an electron between two of our fingers and then suddenly release it, we would find that there was not the slightest tendency for the electron to fall to the earth (unless the surface happened to be positively charged at the moment). The electron is not in the least affected by the gravitational field of the earth, so long as it is at rest with respect to that field (if the electron is moving through the field, however, the direction of the motion will be affected).
The electron has mass only because it has an electric charge. As we know, when an electric charge is accelerated in space, a magnetic field is produced, and energy is required to produce this field. The energy 'spent' in producing this field, is said to be the 'mass' of the electron, since it is the entire cause of its resistance to acceleration. The greater the degree of acceleration, of course, the more intense the field, and the greater the amount of energy required to produce it.
the attraction, called the binding energy, which exists between the Newtonian particles, (the protons and the neutrons) is intense almost beyond our ability to describe. This force, however, does not increase uniformly with increasing mass, but at certain points not only reaches zero but actually becomes negative.
We can demonstrate this fact by adding a single unit of Newtonian mass, a neutron, to the nucleus of an atom of Uranium 235. When this is done, we find that the gravitational force within the nucleus, instead of increasing actually becomes negative, that is, the attraction between its parts becomes a repulsion, and the parts begin to separate with considerable brisance.
Is it being suggested that the inertial gravity of electrons can be used to manipulate the shape of a gravitational field to the negative?Of course, we hear at once the objection that, while negative gravitational fields have been shown to exist, they have been found only within the atom and at inter-galactic distances. How can we place a space ship within the negative portion of the curve, with respect to the earth? The answer to this question lies in the fact that, as we have already learned, the natural laws are not absolute, but relative. That is, the size and shape of the curve of one law is dependent upon the value and position of the others. We have seen that the nucleus of the atom of uranium 235 dips below the zero line with the addition of only one mass unit, making a total of 236, yet the nucleus of the atom of uranium 238, although close to the zero line is still on the positive side of the curve because of the fact that the shape of the gravitational curve is modified not only by the mass present but also by the number and position of the electrical charges.
