Deadly Wuhan Coronavirus

Boris accosted by finger jabbing member of the public in St James's park on Saturday, no doubt it is over the handling of lockdown. Good on the man for having a pop at him. Only last night Bozo had sent out a prerecorded message urging people who can go back to work today to do so. Sunday night he urges people to go back on Monday (today), mass crowds seen on train platforms crammed in like sardines and now the message has changed to Wednesday. This man is a fucking clown and not fit to lead us through this time. I did vote for him only because Farage didn't stand and only for Brexit.

My favourite radio presenter posted this picture of him on the receiving end of some hostile words and left the comment that he looks like a stunned mullet..lolololol.

The number of deaths in the last 24 hours have dropped significantly for many countries, including the US and the UK...I worry that reopening the country will cause the virus to spread rapidly again, I hope I'm wrong...

Boris's lockdown exit plan in full: 50 page document says two metre rule cannot always be kept, admits masks SHOULD be worn and holds out prospect of sport behind closed doors from NEXT MONTH

People's lives will be affected for the 'foreseeable future' by coronavirus, Boris ohnson warned today as he admitted that a vaccine against the deadly pathogen may never be found. In his 50-page roadmap for the nation to ease its way out of lockdown he said the only long-term hope to get the country back to something resembling normality was a medical breakthrough against Covid-19.

The main steps outlined in the roadmap are:

  • Face coverings advised for people on public transport and in enclosed spaces
  • Mixing in 'bubbles' of friends and family could start from next month
  • At the same time major sports could be played behind closed doors
  • Those who can should continue to work from home 'for the foreseeable future'
  • People working in sectors including food production, construction, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and scientific research in laboratories should go back to work from Wednesday.
  • But 'hospitality and non-essential retail' businesses should remain closed
  • More key workers encouraged to send children to school
  • Primary schools will start to get back up and running for reception, year 1 and year 6 in June, in small classes
  • Parents will not face fines for refusing to send their children.
  • Majority of secondary schools will stay closed until September
  • Outdoor sports like tennis or golf allowed with one other person from another household
The blueprint stressed that the five tests for easing restrictions have not yet been met, and so major loosening of the draconian curbs is not possible. But the document said 'smarter' social distancing measures are being introduced to try and nudge the country back to some sort of normality. In the future restrictions will be targeted 'more precisely', recognizing that 'not everybody's or every group's risk is the same'.

There are a lot of complaints in this country that the government's latest advice is confusing.

It's unbelievable that such a state of confusion has been allowed to manifest but not so unbelievable when you add in the the herd factor. Can they really be doing this by mistake, I don't think so as it is now becoming a catalogue of errors.

The charts say our Death toll is something like 80 thousand. with 1.3 million infected, People reason that America has the worst outbreak because of our ability to test rapidly and on a wide scale spectrum, Suggesting that other nations have the virus in similar comparable analytics but that their inability to test as rigorously gives an inaccurate infection rate curve. Truthfully, Analytic criticisms aside, These are the numbers we have, The U.S has the virus literally five times more severely than any other nation on the planet. We argue analytics and accuracy, but I wonder.

An intelligent thinking creature would assess this situation and swiftly realize, This virus has swept through our nation in such a manner because it's been allowed to. Now personally, I would dive deep on this, But I would be getting into taboo topics like population control, Or That Moderns wars are fought in a verity of ways, Germ Warfare, Cyberwarfare, There is literally no need for boots on the ground soldiers in True conflict, See, If one is putting on a stage show, and needs to make a political stand, Of course, Put soldiers on the ground have the drive tanks and wave flags.

But, If you really just truly wanted to annihilate an enemy in today's modern world, There are a verity of ways to do this. I believe, In human history, We have reached a point I like to call the Social Singularity. The population has grown so massive and we are so well connected now, That World governments are losing their power over the people. So governments dream up wars and drama and fear, All to keep the people in fear, And panicked people are easily controlled. I believe, Fully, That the smaller the population of one nation is, The more power its government has over those people. There would be fewer people to divide the power government between. And even more resources.

People will assume that I'm insane, Surely no government would ever kill it['s own people or let them die needlessly,
Well., Lots of people have died needlessly from this Coronavirus. A lot of the deaths could have been avoided and this can be proven by the numbers of deaths in other nations, If the entire rest of the earth can do five times over a better Job than we can here, Then.....I don't know, I'm just not caught up in some fantasy that My life matters, That my love for my Family matters That My grandkids matter to the 1% in power that doesn't even know we exist.

How would you feel if your leaders said there is no need to test and stopped, if they told you masks are not a good idea as they can trap the ick and when you take it off you are at risk of contact spreading with your hands and will give a false sense of safety, didn't close airports because it was pointless as it's already here so 15,000 enter unimpeded daily while you should be indoors.

Then months later they say wear masks as it can save lives, we are going to test because it's the best way to contain the spread and we are going to ask new entries to isolate for two weeks because it's the right thing to do.

That's where I am and if those who have made these decisions where lined up against a wall I would be one to pick up the AK and do us all a favour.

Like everything else, we've all had a very human reaction to this. As in, OK sometimes and totally f****d at other times. Par for the course.

I wanted as much thrown at this in the outset and on the way up the curve but no we said the down hill is more important and did squat in comparison to other nations. Now we see what it cost as we are going to be the worst in Europe and possibly per million world wide.

I'm fuming mate and have yet to come across a person who is praising our path as correct. I would call it as a 36 handicap par for the course.

The enquiry will be riveting as there is a lot to cover and I want blue blood spilt.

I don’t expect this re-opening of businesses and such to go smoothly. The first time someone gets the virus after returning to work there will be hell to pay and watch the law suits fly. There are others who will re-open without the government’s consent. I can hear the grumbling either way. Friends of ours were having a new townhouse built for their retirement. When construction got halted, boy were they pissed! Construction in Pennsylvania just restarted a few days ago. I guess we will see how the restart will go. I did see more cars on the highway yesterday on my ride up to the hospital.

I have a different theory,

Big Pharma, Since the beginning of this, nations all over the earth, have been racing to create a vaccine, In a lot of cases, We hear things about Human clinical trials.

In this video, The Mayor of Las Vegas offers up her own people for clinical trials to develop antibodies to speed the development of a vaccine.

The reason is simple, Anyone can see it. Whoever manages to create this vaccine first will become ridiculously wealthy, World famous, and go down in history. I feel strongly that Some nations are allowing the virus to sweep through because we are talking about the entire earth here, The kind of money to be made from a vaccine that literally saves the earth from a global pandemic, We are talking about more money than some nations have in their entirety, I believe this race to create a vaccine is much like the Oil wars, Whoever achieves this vaccine first will immediately have access to untold wealth and power on par with governmental superpowers, I feel like in the case of the united states, Just like with other resources, America doesn't want to allow this kind of wealth and power to fall into the hands of china.,

Think about it, If china develops a vaccine first, Before The U.S, before The U.K Then the entire world will be indebted to china and grateful, Something this huge, A vaccine that literally saves the earth would make China the undisputed world leader Possibly forever. If China develops a vaccine first, This will destroy any kind of trade negotiations, because Every nation everywhere will want to trade with China and people will have to pay whatever they ask.

The Vaccine, in this particular instance, Will bring about a geopolitical power shift that will change international relations literally for the rest of history.

COVID-19 cases spike by 1,000% in a WEEK in Tennessee and Kansas counties, as infections rise across US, unreleased White House report reveals - despite Trump claiming they're down

Tennessee and Kansas, both states that have eased lockdown restrictions, are home to counties where coronavirus infections have spiked by 1,000 percent in a week, an unreleased White House COVID-19 taskforce report shows.

The report indicates that cases are increasing in heartland pockets of the United States despite President Donald Trump's claim on Monday that infections are 'coming down rapidly' across the country. The data in the report, which has not been released publicly but was obtained by NBC News, was included in a May 7 COVID-19 task force report compiled by its data and analytics team.

The emergence of the report comes as Dr Anthony Fauci warned Congress on Tuesday that a premature lifting of lockdowns could lead to additional outbreaks of COVID-19, which has so far killed more than 81,000 Americans and infected 1.3 million.

Included in the report is a list of counties that have seen infections spikes in a week compared to the previous seven days. Local health officials in most of those areas have already warned they are potential emerging hotspots due to the spike in confirmed cases. Tennessee's Trousdale County, which is just outside Nashville, saw the biggest spike with infections increasing by more than 1,000 percent, the report shows.

It is baffling. The government has never managed to get ahead of events, despite every opportunity to do so, only react to them in a sluggish, reluctant manner. The fundamentals of combating a disease epidemic are fairly simple, and it seems that we forgot what they were. Did the establishment turn their noses up at performing the simple, fundamental actions because they were not sophisticated enough, or too much like hard work?

I wish that the government had, among other things, brought in some stringent restrictions on inbound travellers much earlier, and now a lot of the government's critics in the press are wise to the efficacy of this measure. However, let's face it, if the government had attempted to bring in travel restrictions in February or, even better, January, the Guardian-Independent axis would have raised hell over such a response. It would have been racist, nationalist, isolationist, xenophobic and what-have-you. Even though we might have encouraged other countries to do likewise for their own good. Many of those outlets produced stories about the 'science' which indicated that border closures were ineffective against a disease pandemic. It was even an assumption of the government's long-standing pandemic influenza response plan, which was erroneously used as a blueprint for the Covid-19 response, that the arrival of a disease cannot be stopped, and so no effort should be expended in trying.

There was all sorts of cod science spewed in the early days that you do not hear so much of now: masks make no difference; border closures, health screening and quarantine of arrivals makes no difference; testing, tracing, and isolating is a misuse of resources in a pandemic; banning large gatherings will just make things worse; the public won't accept a lockdown. This was the 'good' science, the sort that met with the approval of the arbiters of truth like the BBC, the Guardian, Huffington post and Vox. To doubt it was to be put beyond the pale, along with anti-vaxxers and those who think the moon landings were faked.

I do not understand the ignorance of the benefits of blanket testing the population whilst in lockdown, why aren't we doing that, it seems to me the only guarantee of getting things back to normal, blanket testing, isolate those that test positive until they are well, reopen, simple...Without thorough testing we will not be able to gain control over the virus spread, in my opinion..Here is the United States' so-called plan for Opening Up America Again...I reserve my opine on the shallowness of this 20 half-page slide document...

I have mixed vibes when it comes to Dr. Anthony Fauci but he is simply stating things from a medical standpoint, nothing more...We should be following advice like this quoted below, its sound logical medical advice...
Fauci said that there is still much that researchers don’t know about the novel coronavirus and the country should not be “cavalier” in reopening institutions too quickly. “We don't know everything about this virus … especially when it comes to children,” Fauci said. “We ought to be careful and not cavalier.”

LA extends its lockdown by THREE MONTHS: City announces it will keep stay-at-home orders in place until at least August and warns a 'dramatic change' is needed before rules can be relaxed

LA County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer said Tuesday stay-at-home orders will 'with all certainty' be extended for the next three months. Ferrer said the shocking timeline will only change if LA sees a 'dramatic change to the virus and tools at hand'. While other parts of the state have recorded a decline in daily infections and deaths, LA continues to record a growth in both areas. As of Tuesday, 1,570 have died from the virus in LA - making up more than half of California's COVID-19 deaths.
