A Show Called Merlin on Netflix.

A light-hearted moment, I need more of those. There is a show called Merlin on Netflix, It's actually pretty cool.

It's kind of like If game of thrones had an overall better story with less violence and sex. You know, Like someone that wrote the show actually possessed the gift of literacy.

And get this, Dragons show up in the first four episodes, Take that George RR Martin,

TBH, I know a lot of people liked the series on TV but, I thought it was nothing special.

TBH, I know a lot of people liked the series on TV but, I thought it was nothing special.

To each their own, I guess...

My thing is, I think Game of Thrones is probably a good show, But there is so much of it. I've never really had the time to get into it,

One thing that does bother me about Got, is the Dungeons and dragons speak they use. You know, like a college kid wrote it. " We have to go to the whispering wood grotto where the flame princess might holds the pure heart of courage so we can vanquish the dark dragon of winters bain" Why couldn't they just say, Hey, This crazy chick that lives in the woods has a rock we can throw at that monster? lol, I don't know why, But it's always bothered me when an author just randomly sprinkles in fantasy words just to spice up an overall normal sentence. This may not bother most people, But to me, It always felt like George was trying to connect with a fan base that he really didn't understand Or, Maybe he does, Maybe it's me that doesn't understand them. I mean the show is pretty popular.
