Computer issues...help

[SOUL-DRIFTER]

Lately I have been having a problem of my internet connection setting switching on its own. I will put it back to detect automatically and next time I go on line again I find it switched back to a proxy setting. I have unloaded programs, ran utilities cleaners like Glary, C Cleaner, Bleach Bit. Did a disk clean up and even took 4 days picking through my registry deleting remaining program scraps left and still no good.
My computer is up to date.
I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit 13 gigs of memory.

Any ideas?

Where are you making changes to the settings, in your router or Brower or?..

My window broke too. It actually exploded and caught fire. Solar panel overload

After thinking for 10 seconds,, I find new mchine and choose this instead

None of that.
In my internet options, under connections and then lan settings I want it at detect settings automatically. But it will switch back to proxy settings later. I can not get it to stay put.
