'As a result, I am offering to buy 100 percent of Twitter for $54.20 per share in cash, a 54% premium over the day before I began investing in Twitter.

Yes. I compare it to being in a noisy restaurant. There are people talking, music playing, clinking of plates and utensils and glasses. I can chose to block it all out, or focus on one sound and ponder it... but usually barely concious of anything but a combined droning noise.. while my wife will be singing along with the music...

In a world of noise, people will only focus on what they want to hear, or be interrupted by what makes the most attention getting sounds. Either way.. to me , its ultimately just a bunch of noise...

Yeah, fascism tends to be a bit overused by people who just need a political smear. Communism, Nazism and Fascism are all different types of socialism that all have in common violent takeover of political power. Fascism in its original form is a syndicalism or political system in which working people were represented through syndicates, instead through political party or government. Fascism has nothing to do with mass murder, concentration camps, persecution of Jews etc. Mostly because Italians are really nice people . Bad things were done through Nazism and Communism.
