Elon Musk, 51, 'had TWINS with one of his top executives' weeks before he welcomed second child with Grimes via surrogate, according to court documents Canadian, 36, is a Yale graduate and athlete who works for Neuralink

Elon Musk quietly welcomed twins with one of top executives weeks before he welcomed a child with Grimes (together right) via surrogate, court documents revealed. Last November, the Tesla CEO, 51, welcomed twins with Shivon Zilis, 36, (center, top left with Justin Trudeau and bottom left with Prince Harry) one of his top executives at his company Neuralink, Insider reported. Musk and Zilis filed a petition in April to change the twins' names in order to 'have their father's last name and contain their mother's last name as part of their middle name,' it was reported. The twins were born in November, just weeks before Musk and Claire Boucher, who performs as Grimes, had their second child via surrogate in December. Zilis, who was born in Ontario, Canada, studied economics and philosophy at Yale where she also played goalie on the women's ice-hockey team.

It’s a wonder that Musk has time to run all his businesses when he is busy impregnating all these women.

Twitter uses Elon Musk poop emoji as evidence in lawsuit against him

In another bizarre episode of the ongoing saga between Twitter and Elon Musk, the social media platform, in its lawsuit against the Tesla CEO for backing out of the $44 billion acquisition, used the infamous poop emoji as evidence he had disparaged the company.

Musk used the emoji in response to a May 16 tweet from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal’s statement about bot accounts.

Screenshot_20220713-224015.jpg

Agrawal had been discussing the method that Twitter uses to detect its bot accounts – the core reason Musk’s legal team gave for walking away from the deal.

In a Twitter thread, Agrawal said rooting out bot accounts was in the company’s and well as users’ best interest.

"As such, we are strongly incentivized to detect and remove as much spam as we possibly can, every single day," the statement began. "Anyone who suggests otherwise is just wrong."

He added: "We suspend over half a million spam accounts every day, usually before any of you even see them on Twitter. We also lock millions of accounts each week that we suspect may be spam – if they can’t pass human verification challenges (captchas, phone verification, etc.)

In response to the drawn-out thread, Musk replied with a single, smiling poop emoji. In a separate Tweet, he wrote: "So how do advertisers know what they’re getting for their money? This is fundamental to the financial health of Twitter."

The tweet was one of several that Twitter used as evidence to prove he had repeatedly disparaged the company.

"Since signing the merger agreement, Musk has repeatedly disparaged Twitter and the deal, creating business risk for Twitter and downward pressure on its share price," a complaint reads.

Twitter has sued Musk in an attempt to force him to complete his $44 billion takeover of the social media company by accusing him of "outlandish" and "bad faith" actions that have caused the platform irreparable harm and "wreaked havoc" on its stock price.

Legal experts say Twitter has a strong case, but the coming court battle is still likely to be long, contentious and the outcome, uncertain. The court could force Musk to complete the acquisition or the two sides could settle in the end. Other, less likely outcomes are also on the table in this tumultuous saga.

Elon Musk's father, 76, says he's had a second child with his 35-year-old STEPDAUGHTER who he's raised since the age of four: Refuses to live with them because 'the kids start to get on my nerves'

Elon Musk's father, 76, says he's had a SECOND child with his 35-year-old stepdaughter

The Musk clan has grown again as Tesla chief Elon Musk's 76-year-old father has revealed he had a second unplanned child with his own step-daughter - who is Elon's step-sister. In a development that would raise an eyebrow even among both Oedipus and Freud, Errol Musk told The Sun that he welcomed a daughter with 35-year-old Jana Bezuidenhout three years ago. Just a year before that, in 2018, Errol had his first child - also unplanned - called Elliot Rush, now five, with Jana, the daughter of his second wife who he had raised since she was four. They are no longer living together as Jana is 'getting on' at 35 years of age and 'if I'm still around she might wind up back with me,' Errol claimed. He said he would like to have them living with him but the last time they visited 'the kids were starting to get on my nerves.' The 76-year-old refused to rule out having even more children, however, saying: 'The only thing we are on Earth for is to reproduce.' The shocking story reportedly angered Elon, 51, who went 'berserk' when he found out his father had had a child with his step-sister.

Tesla is ordered to pay $100k to family of private school boy, 18, who died in fireball alongside friend after speed limiter was disabled and it crashed at 116mph: Jury rules company was only 1% responsible for their deaths

Tesla ordered to pay $100k to family teen who died in fiery crash after it disabled speed

A jury in Florida has found Tesla just one percent negligent in a fiery crash that killed two teens, for disabling a speed limiter on the electric car, but still ordered the manufacturer to pay the family $100,000. Tuesday's verdict placed 90 percent of the blame on the driver, Barrett Riley, and 9 percent on his father, James Riley, who brought the lawsuit against Tesla. It's the first known case involving a Tesla crash that has gone to trial. Barrett Riley and his friend Edgar Monserrat Martinez were about to graduate from their private school in South Florida when they died in the May 2018 crash near Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Maybe Elon’s dad can give Woody Allen a jingle and they can commiserate. Actually, Woody’s still married to her so point for him. Father Musk sounds like a boor

I've been seeing a "trend" of people damaging Tesla cars on youtube. Most of the people/owners who report these damages are under the impression that it was done out of jealousy. I don't think that is the case. All the damages I have seen so far are random and although most of the perpetrators were caught, they are unknown/strangers to the car owners.

Researcher hacks Elon Musk's Starlink system with $25 homemade device

A cyber-security researcher has hacked the Elon Musk-run Starlink satellite-based internet system by using a $25 homemade device.

Belgian security researcher Lennert Wouters revealed the first-ever hacking of Starlink's user terminals or satellite dishes located at homes and buildings.

At the Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas in the US, Wouters successfully hacked the Starlink internet system using a homemade circuit board or modchip that cost around $25 to develop, reports Wired.

Wouters revealed a voltage fault injection attack on a Starlink User Terminal (UT), that allowed him to break into the dish and explore the Starlink network.

He developed the modchip using low-cost, off-the-shelf parts and was able to use it to obtain root access "by glitching the Starlink UT security operations centre bootrom", according to a tweet previewing the presentation that he said was sent through a rooted Starlink UT.

"Our attack results in an unfixable compromise of the Starlink UT and allows us to execute arbitrary code. The ability to obtain root access on the Starlink UT is a prerequisite to freely explore the Starlink network," according to the security researcher.

Wouters revealed the vulnerability to SpaceX through its bug bounty programme.

Since 2018, Musk's Starlink has launched more than 3,000 small satellites into orbit to provide internet in remote locations. Starlink is SpaceX's low Earth orbit satellite constellation.

Starlink's UT is one of three core components of the Starlink system; the other two are the satellites and gateways that transmit connections up to the satellites.

Musk in May said that Russia is ramping up their efforts to jam Starlink internet service in Ukraine.

He noted that Starlink has so far thwarted all cyberattacks coming from Russia.

William Shatner pokes fun at billionaire 'supervillain' Elon Musk in scathing Daily Show segment branding him 'part Thomas Edison, part Iron Man, part annoying dude in the group chat'

Star Trek star William Shatner sees Elon Musk as an eccentric supervillain who is part 'Thomas Edison, part Iron-Man, part annoying dude in the group chat.' The comments were made during The Daily Show's latest DailyShowography, which examines Musk's life, from his childhood in South Africa to his failures with Tesla, outbursts on Twitter and everything in between - and Shatner is the show's narrator.

Musk, who has a net worth of roughly $271.2 billion, was not always a 'Technoking' – a title he gave with the Securities and Exchange Commission - but started his 'lifelong love of inventing things that already exist' at the young age of 12, Shatner said. From there he took off like a speeding bullet, developing and selling off a 'start-up you've never heard of to a company that doesn't exist anymore,' Shatner says referring to Musk's bumpy beginnings.

Shatner begins by criticizing Musk about refusing to stay in his lane – the CEO is known for sharing his opinions on a range of topics – and says this action is 'much like a Tesla on auto-pilot.' A clip plays Musk hyping up Tesla in its early beginnings – promising the dream of full self-driving technology. The vision started in 2014 when the CEO said: 'I'm confident that in less than a year, you'll be able to go from highway on-ramp to highway exit without touching any control.' But the next clip was of a YouTuber testing a Tesla, noting that the car just ran a red light.

The Showography pulls up another Tesla mishap in 2015, when Musk said drivers could sleep in the car as it drove you to a destination – but the same YouTuber almost hit a telephone pole when he took his hands off the wheel. There are several shots showing Tesla cars running over obstacles that it was meant to avoid, suggesting the technology was far from what Musk had promised. 'But Musk can't stop dreaming big, even when he should,' Shatner said with the sound of a smirk in his voice as the video showed Musk 'accidently' breaking a cybertruck's window when he unveiled it in November 2019.

The 91-year-old also pokes fun at SpaceX for sending the first car into space after it made history by launching the first reusable rocket in 2006. Musk has been very public about the struggles he has endured while trying to get both Tesla and SpaceX off the ground, revealing on several occasions that either company was on the verge of bankruptcy.

'Through the years, Musk kept his many ventures going with little more than his can-do attitude and billions of dollars in government subsidies,' Shatner explains in the video. He also blasts Musk for 'paying almost nothing in taxes for three years and then actually nothing in 2018.'

Tesla sends cease-and-desist letter to road-safety group over 'defamatory' ad showing one of its car mowing down child mannequins while in self driving mode

Tesla has demanded videos of their self-driving cars striking child-size mannequins to be taken down after they were posted by The Dawn Project, a group dedicated to getting Tesla's 'full self-driving' technology off the roads. Tesla, the electric vehicle company owned by Elon Musk, sent a cease-and-desist letter over the commercial, which seemingly shows their cars in self-driving mode hitting child-size models at 20mph to demonstrate how dangerous the software allegedly is.

Dan O'Dowd, the billionaire behind The Dawn Project, narrates the video and calls for Tesla Full Self-Driving Beta software to be banned from the road, saying Tesla's software is 'the worst commercial software I've ever seen.' The responding letter accused O'Dowd of 'disseminating defamatory information to the public regarding the capabilities of Tesla’s Full Self-Driving.' The letter disputes whether the Tesla cars in the video had full self-driving on and reiterated 'independent safety agencies have rated Tesla’s safety at the highest levels.'

The letter leaned on a report by Electrek, who said the software was not engaged in The Dawn Project's video, but The Dawn Project provided data that showed it was.

'The purported tests misuse and misrepresent the capabilities of Tesla’s technology, and disregard widely recognized testing performed by independent agencies as well as the experiences shared by our customers,' the letter said.

Elon Musk gets into Twitter spat with Volodymyr Zelensky after saying Ukraine should stay NEUTRAL in war with Russia to 'seek peace' - as German ambassador tells him to 'f**k off'

Elon Musk has become embroiled in a Twitter spat with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after claiming the country should remain 'neutral' in the war against Russia – as a diplomat told him to 'f*** off'. The Tesla CEO made a series of remarks, claiming he only wanted 'peace' between the countries after Russian invaded Ukraine unprovoked eight months ago. He claims the peace deal should include a recognition that Crimea, which was illegally annexed by Russia in 2014, is 'formally a part of Russia.' Crimea has been recognized as a part of Ukraine by the US and other allies since Russian invaded and conducted a referendum. The world's richest man acknowledged that the referendum was 'questionable', quickly hitting back to say it should be done under the supervision of the UN or another 'trusted entity'. Billionaire Musk has been hit with a huge backlash online, claiming his 'peace' deal is 'highly likely to be the outcome', adding 'just a question of how many die before then.'
