I didn't know that homeowner's insurance includes some sort of coverage for defamation cases. Go figure. Traveler's Insurance paid for her legal team but is not on the hook for the judgement. They sent one of their VPs to the trial. Could just be online gibberish but I don't think so.
So great - who will pay for this appeal? They ain't free. Johnny doesn't seem to be running out of money.
He'd be magnanimous to forgive the debt, or most of it. Maybe make her cough up that Foose Mustang he paid for. You can see why this kid ain't Oscar material - talk about rotten acting. I don't think it's in the clip but at some point she decided to give the car a hug with a lot of dangly jewelry dangling and dancing all over the paint. I imagine the people that put the show quality $30K paint job on that thing appreciated it very much. Sources are claiming that the 36-year-old is officially being dropped from the sequel to her 2018 movie Aquaman, in which she starred alongside Jason Momoa. The claims come after the end of a sensational six-week court case between Heard and Depp, 59, during which Warner Bros executive Walter Hamada admitted that they previously considered recasting her. Heard featured in the role of Mera in the first movie; filming on the sequel has already wrapped, however it is now being alleged that Heard's scenes will all be re-shot with a new actress in the role. Hamada testified during Heard and Depp's trial that there were delays in announcing Heard would appear in the second movie because producers were having 'conversations about recasting her'.
An online petition calling for Heard to be dropped from the sequel was also started during the final weeks of the trial and it has since gained more than 4.6 million signatures. News of Heard's alleged recast comes just hours after she doubled down on her allegations of abuse against Depp during an explosive Today interview with Savannah Guthrie, in which she blasted the 'unfair' verdict. The interview marked the first time that Heard had spoken out publicly since she a jury ruled that she defamed her ex-husband and ordered her to pay him $10 million in damages.

The Flash star Ezra Miller deleted their Instagram account after posting a variety of memes taunting authorities who are actively searching for the actor after they were accused of manipulating and grooming an underage fan.
As reported by The Direct, the images were posted directly to Miller's Instagram story before the actor deleted the account entirely. The memes themselves seemingly mock the legal officials who are pursuing the actor, featuring texts such as, "You cannot touch me I am in another universe" and "Message from another dimension." It's possible that these photos are in reference to The Flash, which will see protagonist Barry Allen meeting multiversal versions of himself.
The longest of the five messages reads, "I am shielded from negative people & their ill intent. My spirit, mind, body, soul + success are not altered by anyone's envy. I am protected from all negative [illegible] people attempt to throw at me. Subconsciously & consciously. I clear any & all hidden peers who are hidden enemies."
Miller is reportedly hiding from law enforcement officers after Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle were granted a protective order against The Flash star on behalf of their 18-year-old-child Tokata Iron Eyes. The couple alleges that the actor took advantage of their child since Tokata was 12 years old, engaging in "cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior." Iron Eyes and Jumping Eagle have stated that Miller provided their child with access to alcohol and drugs. Tokata has since defended Miller, claiming that their father is "transphobic" in a message posted to Instagram.
