for the last couple of days. I've been getting headaches so bad they literally make me sick to my stomach.
Last night the one I had was so bad. I started shaking it was almost like an involuntary thing like a seizure, I don't know what caused them. they are scary. I've never had this happen before. they come on suddenly and they are intense, I have no idea whats causing them. the only thing I've been doing differently is I've stepped up my treadmill game. I walk on it for about two hours a day.

    It's not a pretty feeling.

I don't like treadmills. They are dangerous.

At 10 MPH my stride is exactly the length of a standard treadmill.

If I even land 4 inches too far forward I catch the front bar and do the crumpled ball thing and get chawed on by the back end.

You are a Hikikomori. Get your ass out of your house and go run.

I'm not saying the problem is due to toxic chemicals outgassing from the walls of your house/room. But it might be toxic chemicals outgassing from the walls of your house/room.

Besides, who the hell walks on a treadmill 2 hours a day??? That is worse than being the last dog on a dog sled in terms of scenery.

Trying doing the two hours outside for two weeks. And pick up your pace. There is a chance you might actually see people outside.

We'll discuss this again after you walk/run outside 14 times.

I do after some experience believe treadmills are dangerous, At least mine is. It's got these programs in it. I usually use the same one. toward the end of a walk, I notice that the pace picks up dramatically. I keep doing it. even though it makes my chest ache for hours after the fact. Treadmills may be great exercise, But it's not natural. You can't just slow down and speed up naturally the machine controls it all.

I didn't consider this. But that's entirely possible. I haven't been drinking much of anything lately.

Well... I'm not a fan of overhydration. The claim you have to drink a lot of water is a lot of crap. My neighbor's brother died from low sodium levels. I took him to the hospital twice and someone with low sodium levels (100 or less) is really scary to watch.

I never drank a lot when I ran. Running into the bushed every few miles is sort of silly. Try taking a potty break when there are 20,000 people around.

Too much water flushes electrolytes from your system. Unless you eat crappy food it isn't a smart idea. However if your diet is McDonalds and junk food it is ok.

I didn't even know people could get too much water until i read this article a few years ago.
BBC NEWS | Americas | US woman dies after water contest
Apparently, too much hydration can drown a person from the inside. It is scary :(

It wasn't extreme. He bought into the "health diet" stuff. The healthy diet, lot of fruits and vegetables, etc. doesn't give you a low of sodium. If you drink the two gallons of water or so they recommend it can be lethal.

If you are going to drink water you need to consume extra electrolytes. I drink about two quarts or less a day.

There are people with high blood pressure that retain salt. But that isn't most people.

On the other hand if all you eat is junk food you get so much salt that you have to drink water by the gallon.

I have a pound of salt that I bought 10-15 years ago and I still have about 1/3 of it left. I use a pinch in noodles or rice sometimes.

Maybe it's just due to holiday stress or insufficient rest. The important thing to remember is that you know your own body better than any doctor or specialist ever will so it's up to you to stay on top of things like this.

That's the thing. I'm not sure why. But I've never felt like I did last night before. But, I didn't feel like it was emergency room stuff. The shaking was unnerving. But it was exactly like that kind of shaking one does when they are cold. So, I'm thinking whatever she shaking was. May have been like a temperature or something. It could have been one of those rare quick bugs people catch sometimes.

i'm supposed to have medication according to the man who spent 2 minutes and refused to listen to anything i said

yes i was doing hand stands randomly. but i was intently doing so.

medication is just something to comfort that you can be helped when you feel out of your brain.
the only comforting thing is the thought of it helping.

    thanks

i lean more to believing, but that's the thing. failure/disappointment would be expected of reality to an atheist.
but to a believer, you can only question "why"

Myself also confused here, i don't know whats wrong with my mother...

A train got derailed this morning, i had to take the MRT half way there to the main station and went to my office after that.. Problem is there got no ticket for coming back from KL to Perak today, only got a ticket for tomorrow night train, so i thought of staying in the hotel and go tomorrow.. she disagree and was angry, she said hotel is a bad thing, so i went to the bus station to get a bus but the bus was fully booked. Thought to go back to the hotel which is beside the train station but she got angry as usual and she want me to stay with my uncle which is somewhere far away from the station, so i got a driver, it tooked about 50 min to reach there, now im here in my uncle house.. if that makes her happy than i'll just do it..
