Jimmy Carter has died.

What can I say he was a good man. A man of faith and conviction.
As president he was over his head
But as a person he will be unmatched.
A great loss

A simple peanut farmer.
Peacemaker
He was called to serve. We do not deserve him.
He was simply humble. A true servant.
He was my president. Regardless of his mistakes.
7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
No man is more deserving of heaven.
His next cycle will be illuminated.
Blessed be
Rikki

Jimmy Carter was a good man, however he was not presidential material...

Rest in Peace...

Hate to be that one guy..

Jimmy Carter was still alive!?
Who among us can say his journey was brief? Dude had more time and impact than most people get to ever have..
Life well spent...

Hard to feel too burdened with grief when he got three times the lifespan of the average person..

I guess , this isn't so much a sad moment as a pour one out for my homie moment lol.

I remember Jimmy Carter. He seems to be a better President in death than in life. Remember, his luggage was empty, that was an affectation. At least he didn't pardon Billy ...........

I watched this live and the tension was palpable. Bill's hands were shaking badly.

This was one short hop away from The Red Wedding

I was surprised at how chummy Obama was to trump I think everyone was on edge.

He was President when I was born, my grandfather had a set of peanut shaped coffee mugs that were a campaign souvenir. Really, I believe 1977-1981 would have sunk anyone's political career including FDR or Reagan. Thanks for everything Jimmy!

I know I could not find any work while Carter was president, however when Reagan took over things were booming and jobs were abundant...
