My back...

Truthiness
I'm not a pain person, I won't lie, I've not lived a hard rough life, I don't usually have a lot of pain.
I had been working hard trying to get in great shape.

It's like, I weigh different now, So, Even when I sleep it's different. So, I think somehow I've misaligned my back or something. Maybe just my body shape changing has misaligned it? Either way, It's no Bueno. The problem is, There is no way I can sit or lay to make it stop hurting. It just sucks... But, I post this only for lack of other things to post. I'm not a whiner or anything, I don't need pain medication, Pain medication is for really really sick people or wussies. Most usually issue is, From what I've seen. ...

Official disclaimer, I'm not calling you a wuss if you are on pain medication, I'm only asserting, that before I would take pain medication myself, Id have to be in mind-numbing debilitating pain to the point I could barely breathe without it. I view pain medication as something for Patients who are close to death to ease the suffering. or for people with a chronic injury. I have seen first hand that most people by far analytically who are on pain medications are on them for simple pains that they should just have to live with Because the rest of us do. By far, most people who swear by pain medication are more or less addicted, Rather than people who actually need it. I won't use crutches. I can either walk or I can't, If that makes sense.

I am sorry for those who this may offend, But doctors really are licensed drug pushers and many people are addicted legally to medicine that they wouldn't need if they were simply more active people trying to live healthier, People could argue this with me, And that's fair to do, I'm just saying, Almost anyone who puts legitimate effort into being healthier and puts the hours and diet in, will get healthier without exception, A healthier person, Will feel less pain, "usually"

Nah, I just need to bitch about it for a few minutes or something. Yeah, Pain sucks, but it's also part of life, We have to keep on moving.

Think about your posture during the day. You'll probably find that you slump to one side, maybe favor some part or even sit on your wallet when driving. Standard schtick from a chiropractor is to lay you down and show that your legs aren't laying quite side by side. Usually one is cinched up tighter.

I've found the single most helpful thing I did for my back was to strengthen up my core. I do sit ups on an inclined bench and both straight and obliques hanging from a Roman chair. Those muscles compliment about any movement you'll make. You don't even really need the bench or the chair but you'll get a lot more from those than just doing them on the floor. But the floor is free and you don't have to drive anywhere to get to it. Once I was aware of how I was carrying myself and toned up a bit I eliminated the need for a chiropractor.

Easier to take pills though - it's what our TVs seem to be telling us most of the time anyway.

At Peace.
So, just hanging your arms over an inner tube and letting your body dangle in the water, May help,

I had a Lower back thing that happened kind of the same way. Lost weight , and was working out a lot, and doc said, eat chicken, skin and all, and do not stretch, lift, run... just swim if it doesn’t hurt. Do one lap the first day, then sit down in the water, And assess your back. One lap may be enough the first day...
I increased one lap per day for 15 days, and then backed down from there to just a few... the pain didn’t seem to go away..., until I hung on the inner tube for an hour one day... then it seemed better, then I rested, and then I would hang in the water again a few days later, and then rested. After a few sessions of that. The pain finally went a way. :)
I ate a lot of chicken, skin too, and didn’t gain the weight back, and after a few months, went back to working out, only, not as hard, but have had little trouble with the back since. But I won’t ingnore a tired back.., it gets its rest now... :)

Also, I had no heart or blood work issues... check with your doc before eating like that. Lol.
