OOBE - tried traveling to other planets ?

This has been mind-boggling me for a while since i have trouble having OOBEs. However, i would like to know if it is possible to visit a specific planet, say any habitable planet in our galaxy, while having an OOBE and trying to look for other life forms; Would this be possible? Have you ever done this?

Observation is good I mean I do that mainly when I am dreaming a lot of the time I am not actually part of the dream.
