I have been pushing it to find my limits, then refine the balance.
I can tell I overtrained a bit. Especially the shoulders and chest.
So, I will reduce my workout load a tad.
2 x on each set instead of 3.
3 where I was doing 4...
and if I need to scale back more for a time, I will.
I love the results.
Wife noticed my love handles are almost gone, and this morning I flexed, sucked it in, and from the front and side view I am happy.
No I am not Thor... my arms are just regular arms, but I have a strong and healthy shape, more Plieadian in appearance, which is what I was going for.
Now, I will focus on maintenance and balance, and slow but positive progress.
Time to go to the gym...
