Yeap, It's a real thing, But It's probably not what you think it is.

Quantum Leaping is Quite the Rabbit hole in a Physics discussion. It's A very real thing that has been observed. But, The Reality of What it is is still exciting. So, I will try to lay it out, And I don't want people to misunderstand my intentions here, It's not that people won't understand, It's that I really don't think It's fair for me to spout out something I'm just learning, as If I've understood it for ages.

So the Deal is, General Relativity and Quantum Physics are incompatible on a pretty fundamental level. That level Ironically is, Gravity as A fundamental force. Relativity Seeks to observe Gravity Electromaganitiims The Strong nuclear force and weak nuclear force. While Quantum physics has many very different things to say about gravity. See General Relativity Requires Space to be smooth, And uniform, While Quantum physics describes space more as A Chunky chaotic mess..

Anyway, SO relativity has The classical gravity that you probably learned about in school, While Quantum physics has the Pimp my ride version of Gravity with all the modern bling. On to Quantum leaping, The Gravity as a force distinction was important though, Here is why, So, Around the nucleus of an atom there are electrons, Those electrons orbit the atom much like planets orbit a host star.

So, A quantum leap is when an electron jumps from one orbit around its nucleus to another

A phenomenon that simply breaks reltiveistic physics entirely. I don't know why but I'll never tire of Science. I've always been that way, Sorry To bug you guys with this stuff.
