Well, expounding upon that statement, I would hazard to hypothesize that since its likely you won't remember this life whilst living your next, you would perhaps face similar circumstances but in a different situation to work through those 'mistakes' or those mistakes are not really mistakes at all, without those events you would not be who you are now...I really don't think mistakes follow from one life to another, unless its part of the 'chief feature(s)' of an individual, if it is then it is courageous work to identify one's chief features and work through it/them...

I remember someone I new being very upset at the memories getting erased from one life to next.
I know that there are states you can put yourself into where you know every last thing that is possible to know.
but the issue there is that you know what to do in each situation from memory. at least if you have access to the memories...
the entire point of this place is to change who you are,
and this just can't be done properly if you remember everything there is to know.

I suppose my biggest flaw in this life has been making bad choices of personal behavior. I seem to be missing something as far as predicting how others will react to something I say or do. I have learned that the safest course is nearly always to keep my mouth shut and not do anything. Not always the best strategy, but the safest one.

I try to look back at the things I've been through and find some value. At least if you did something stupid that you regret or were forced to endure something not of your choice at least there might be some lesson you can carry away that will serve you later.

Anger is my Achilles heel. Wicked temper. The majority of people who know me have no idea, but it's in there. Honestly wondering if Karma's serving me a few spoonfuls of s**t lately to balance out some of my earlier behavior. A dose of humility goes a long way

Do you think that whatever passes on after death, be it a soul, or solely consciousness or something else, carries with it a running memory of past lives its lived and particular experiences within those lives?...It can also then be asked, does the soul or consciousness or 'thing' that lives on after the body dies exist outside of time or is it bound by time as this reality is?...

Consider this, if the soul, or the consciousness, or this 'thing' that lives on after death is bound by time then I think it would have a running memory of all it has experienced, but if this 'thing' exists outside of time I doubt it would carry any memories...This is because memory is often referred to that which exists in denser worlds such as this one, where perception travels through time giving the individual a sense of past, present, and future whereas in the lighter invisible worlds there would be no reason for memory because everything exists in the here and now, anything and everything can be known instantaneously...

I heard/read our memories are stored magnetically. Perhaps Sgr A* acts as cloud storage that souls can tap into to view/retrieve information about past lives or knowledge of the universe. The gray, reptilian & Draco alliance could shunt our ability to access this information as a form of repression. If our souls are comprised of etheric matter then the component of time may not effect it.

I know a number of people who have studied past lives through the Ashkashic Records. One man I knew was a mild mannered type who wouldn’t harm a fly. He ended up discovering that in a recent past life he was a Nazi guard at a concentration camp. This upset him greatly. He thought he was a decent human being and then he discovered this about himself.

Whatever barriers in place preventing memories from other lives to bleed through into the 'current' one (for lack a better phrase because in reality all lives are likely taking place all at once, in the here and now) could be for reasons like this, to keep each life without influence from another, to keep the life experiences more pure...

if you are outside space and time, you don't actually need a memory,
you can simply go look at it all just like we look at things written on paper.

So its very possible that the soul, consciousness, or 'thing' which may exist after one dies does not carry memories of all the lives it experiences as humans or any other creature in this reality...

Everything I have read suggests that our experiences are stored somewhere, and can be retrieved and reviewed. It seems this usually happens in the classic near death experience, where someone's life flashes before their eyes. Many of these people report that the experiences are shown to them by a being of light, which can access and display the memories.

I would love to discover any past lives I have led, or even lives I have had or am having in other worlds of existence. Many of my dreams have suggested the latter.

You need to track down any books on the Akashic Records and how to access them.

How many that believe in reincarnation also believe in the theory of evolution?

    I am one of them.
seems like reincarnation would help animals be more successful.
so I would think that evolution would eventually figure out reincarnation.

One would be life made itself and by random mutations we are here. You live and die and thats it.
The other is spiritual that would imply that there is a creator of life, what ever ones idea of that creator might be.
Dont see how one can coexist with the other.

I think they each use each other.
I don't see why it would have to be one or the other

At what point did a one cell organism or ape decide it was going to come back as another creature? How do you evolve into reincarnation, or how could man evolve into it?
