Saint Malachy Prophecy of the Popes

With the death of Francis I am reopening this topic.
To remind you of the "active" prophecy:

Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations, and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills [i.e. Rome] will be destroyed, and the dreadful judge will judge his people. The End.[

Looking at Frances this does not fit at all.
While Frances was a decent Pope this does not fit him at all.
 
Peter the Roman
A cardinal who is a possible successor is
Peter Erdo
A cardinal who is traditional. The name Peter is common. It remains to be seen if he is elected and oversees the end of Rome.
 
So what do we make of this? We have a list of mottos that are hit or miss.
John 23rd pastor and sailor hit.
Paul 6th lily of lilies uncertain see my detailed post on him.
John Paul 1st from the half moon. Hit
John Paul 2nd from the toil of the sun. Hit
Benedict's 16th Glory of the Olive hit.
Frances big miss.
So, we have a prophecy unfulfilled. Do we say he missed it? Or say it's still an open prophecy?
When the next Pope is elected I will act as it's open. And apply the prophecy to his name, background, and coat of arms.
The list is at an end and I'm sure it's a hoax.
Some mottos fit some don't. It's the way of guesswork.

"Pope Peter III" refers to Joseph Odermatt, the leader of the schismatic Palmarian Catholic Church, who claims to be the legitimate Pope of the Roman Catholic Church since 2016 but is considered an antipope by the Roman Catholic Church
This breakaway church is recent. None of its few leaders match any of the prophecy. It's located in Alexandria. So is this man peter of rome? Not at all.

Thank you . This topic is good because it's a fairly good prediction. Except the last prediction
 
One ask I'm not Catholic why bother with this? Because the list has more hits than misses.
As Leo goes there is no indication that he is Peter the Roman. Frances and Leo are not the final pope
