Okay, so knowing what you know and what you've seen of both Star Trek and Star Wars, you're invited to a sneak preview of new content from both francises...Upon entering the movie theater and getting your favourite munchies, you walk down the theater hall and there's a door to the left with a big sign above it "Star Trek" and to the right another similar door with a big sign above ot "Star Wars"...You can hear the familiar sounds of both through the doors as you draw closer to them...

Which do you enter first, not knowing what's going to be revealed?...Would you save the best for last or see your favourite franchise content first?...What is the better franchise in your opinion?...Which is your favourite overall?...

I have to say Star Trek is my favourite of the two...

...and has better content, more in depth stories and has revealed so much of their universe already, just take Voyager for instance, almost every episode we not only saw a new alien species but some of the personal lives of those species was also revealed...Now we have a new Picard series and an extremely promising 3rd season of Discovery coming up staged far into the future...Star Wars has been stuck on the Skywalker saga for far too long, I like some of their movies and the Mandalorian is great and very promising however Star Wars has a long ways to go to open up and reveal their universe and characters to us and provide us with great stories that do not include the Skywalkers...

This spoiler is just more detailed thoughts of mine about both francises...

Funny that I find Seth Mcfarlanes "Orville" being more Trek than the current Trek.

I'm guessing that soon we'll be seeing a much different Star Trek again with season 3 of Star Trek Discovery, they will be over 900 years in the future, who knows how things will be...To my knowledge there's been no previous stories written of Star Trek that far into the future...
