They are in the distance they seem to be hovering in the daytime. You can see one after 8 seconds there are three on them in the video.

A Cessna is a slow aircraft and if its flying into a strong wind its ground speed maybe very slow.
The ones I see hovering are at night from the ground. But its very hard to judge movement in an aircraft at night at times.

I'm thinking bats.
Bats don't fly in the same patterns that birds do, and bats lit by urban light pollution from underneath would fill the bill.

Not sure what a spook is so can't reply in a deterministic way.
I posted video of bats flying around.
Please post video of spooks flying around.
Then we can compare spooks and bats to the reference video and determine which is a closer match.

That's why it would be good to know what direction they were filming......it could have been closer to Seattle.

I have made an interesting discovery that not everything posted by secureteam10 is BS.
