If something tries to enter the atmosphere at to shallow of an angle it would skip off. That is assuming that they actually went up. The people that filmed it don't seem to want answers.....but one simple answer would help.

That isn't true.

It is real video and the news crew figured out what was doing it the following night.

If you look at a map of Milwaukee the answer is pretty obvious.

I have some ghosts. I am not afraid of them but at night its a bit unsettling knowing that they are there.

Out of the corner of my eye I have seen things like a blur, dark shapes something moving like a swirling pattern . I have had a lot of stuff fall on the floor, mainly at night but it has happens during the day also . Voices, one like a little girl calling " Mummy". I have heard that and others have as well . Then there are footsteps coming up to the bedroom in the main hallway they stop when they get to the doorway. Its mainly centred between the small bedroom and the main bedroom and the connecting hallway I quite often catch my cats staring at something at the end of the hallway but of course I can't see anything but it seems that maybe they can.

No I'm not afraid of ghosts...there is no reason I should be. I've camped on numerous haunted battlefields The video we were discussing was a bad fake......it wasn't a real ghost so I was laughing at it.

I'm still not sure what you meant by "How do you know it's up a lot?"......I had no idea you were talking about a ghost.
