I don't watch much football, but I've been invited to a super bowl party this evening...Looks like New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Rams, who do you think will win it tonight?...I may or may not go to that party, haven't decided yet...

I decided not to go out anywhere this evening, so I'll see the score on the Google ticker on my phone...:tongue8:

I pretty much despise the Patriots ( but I do respect the hell outta them) and despite the fact I lived in LA for nearly 40 years, I have no feelings for the Rams but :

I still have a subscription to the LA Times and of course they have all sorts of stories on the Rams. This morning one of the stories was how this years Rams parallels the Rams in the 1978 movie "Heaven can Wait". I loved that movie when it was released then. I saw it like 5 times, more than Star Wars, and the movie really was a driving force in my movie to LA when I was a kid.

It's playing for free on You Tube so I watched it again and as it did some 40 years ago it's put a bee in my bonnet about heading out there again but it'll definitely be else where , I've always had a thing about Chico.....

A Rams Super Bowl win could be sequel to ‘Heaven Can Wait’

I remember watching them play a game back when they were the St. Louis Rams...q48

At this point I'm probably more jacked up about the commercials that it will drop on us.

Well 3-0 New England @ the half so far this game is a real turkey. I don't particularly think it's a D game, just a lot of misfiring.

At Peace.
I'm not really into sports, but I'll occasionally watch MMA. The last Rams game made it appear it was rigged. I think there was an episode of the X-files where Cancer Man was in a boardroom and they decided who would win a major sporting event. I saw him recently in an episode of Stargate SG-1 where he played a Prior with the Ori race.

What say you?

His staff looks like it is made of plastic. The Ori might have problems with BPA accumulation in their waste dumps, and the Ori may suffer from endocrine problems.

In the show the Ori came from another galaxy. They would force technological deficient populations to follow their beliefs which was contained in a book called Origins. If they didn't comply they would be destroyed. Daniel Jackson was converted into a Prior which alters the skin. It looks like some sort of vampire effect.

Adam Levine sang part of the song Moves Like Jagger, but he didn't use the name Jagger as if he didn't have permission. He has a butterfly tattoo which implies a connection to MK-Ultra/Project Monarch.

Maroon 5 performed the halftime show at SuperBowl LIII at Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta, Georgia
  • Critics called the performance 'disappointing' including NBA megastar LeBron James on Twitter
  • Lanterns with uplifting messages on them were launched in the air making 'One Love' in the sky
  • Rappers Travis Scott and Big Boi of OutKast also performed in what was called a 'tragic' set
  • A tribute was made to the late SpongeBob Squarepants creator Stephen Hillenburg who died in November
  • This comes amid calls for Maroon 5 to step down from performing in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick
