DNC Spokeswoman: 'We Are Not Officially Nominating Joe Biden'
During a Thursday appearance on Fox News, Hinojosa told anchor Bill Hemmer that the party must hold its convention because of its plans to not endorse the former vice president.

“First of all, our convention has to happen, because we are not officially nominating Joe Biden in order to take Donald Trump,” Hinojosa told Hemmer, who asked for an update on whether the convention will take place. “So our convention is happening. There is business that has to happen.”

The insidious thing about social media censors is that they are by no means consistent, evenhanded, or nonpartisan.

Just to play Devil's Advocate as I have noted a few comments stating that they are not sure who to vote for as its a poor choice between the two, would you not say its time for a overhaul of the election process in the United States?

Seems to me that both parties spend more time campaigning for election / re-election than they do running the country?

Here we go again - Remember 2016? - Almost all polls said Hillarey would win.

Often, Trump does not appear to be that smart, says dumb things and lies.

But politically he has learned to master the game.

This current race riot scenario across America which Trump has done little to stop, may actually play out
in his favor - When people see black people looting stores, some of which are owned by African Americans,
then the subtle racism many accuse Trump of, starts to play out in he favor.

Liberals like Biden will always defend the rights of African Americans and minorities first
    - But riots and looting weakens their cause - And Trump and his base know it and plays off
    on it politically.

At this point I have no idea who is going to win the upcoming election ???

OK, I am not American, but whatever Americans do the whole rest of world imitates. So I think Americans should put this onto their electoral agenda in the next elections. I am super techie and all for science, but I hate how tech companies have the power to know every step I make. This how Google tracks and knows every step I make:

And than they censor what left or right people say on Twitter, FB, YT. Private companies that run social media should have zero right to infringe on freedom of speech.

While I agree with you, why should they not censor what they like?

They are after all privately run companies not a government mouth piece.

Because private companies should not be able to encroach on constitutional rights. Private property is just one of many constitutional rights, so it is a subset, not the superset of the social contract. Censoring open public discourse is a blatant attack on democracy no private entity should be able to exercise it. Otherwise we'll end up having right-wing and left-wing Facebook alternatives, which will even further stymie the dialogue.

However using this logic then the likes of ISIS members should be able to post their vile on Twitter?

    I didn't say that.

The power of censoring such a vile should lay only with courts of law and/or the government that was elected to protect the people. So, if gov. tells to a merchant "shut ISIS vile down" the merchant should oblige. Bunch of merchants should not be above the constitution.

Again I do agree with you, however the point I am trying to get across is that as a private business they have the right to allow what they see fit on their own social network. "Freedom of speech also covers them."

The Consitution means nothing to them outside the United States.

That's why I said it should be put on the election agenda because obviously that situation didn't exist when the constitution was written. There was only a freedom of the press because press was all that existed. But social networks are not like a press.

I will vote for Trump more enthusiastically than ever.
Life of our country is at stake...all considering.
My fear is who will take the helm after the next 4 years. The criminals may be given the Democratic right to thrive and we will soon become America in A Handbasket to Hell.
