Has there ever been a Star Wars environment lush with vegetation, or are they are desolate ruins or deserts, or urban?

As August said, there's Endor, however there are many more planets with lush vegetation like these:

Dagobah (where Luke trained with Yoda)

    Yavin 4 (alliance headquarters)

In the Mandalorian series there are these two lush green planets introduced so far:

    Sorgan (safe harbour planet)

Lothal (briefly shown in the Mandalorian)

So many people taking things to the extremes and this is one of the results, it's sad...Gina Carano takes her views to the extreme and those who complained about her also taking extreme views with all the PC nonsense in the world...Never thought I'd see politics divide people like it does, everyone needs to get a breath of fresh air and not take everything so political...

Back to the show itself. I do like The Mandalorian quite a bit, but the Stormtroopers are lame. They are almost always defeated with very little effort. Have they always been ineffective throughout The Star Wars franchise, or are they sometimes formidable?

I think the only movie where the Storm Troopers were formidable was Revenge of the Sith, when they were commanded by the Emperor to turn and kill all the Jedi...

You only have to listen to the Stormtroopers talking amongst themselves to get the idea they are not playing with a full deck.
