Schools across America implement BLM Week of Action that calls for 'disruption of Western nuclear family'

Schools across America are implementing the Black Lives Matter at School Week of Action curriculum that calls for the "disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics."

The week of action started on Monday in several schools from Washington state to Massachusetts, bringing to classrooms the activist-based curriculum that preaches controversial ideas.

According to the week of action "starter kit" published on the Black Lives Matter at School website, the group has a list of four "national demands" that include funding "counselors not cops" and mandating "Black History and Ethnic Studies" in classrooms.

Additionally, the week of action curriculum centers itself around the 13 "Black Lives Matter Guiding Principles," which include concepts such as "Black Villages" and "Globalism."

"Black Villages is the disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics and a return to the ‘collective village’ that takes care of each other," the starter kit reads. "Globalism is our ability to see how we are impacted or privileged within the Black global family that exists across the world in different regions."

"Most rational thinkers agree that public schools should not be home to political activism, from any side of the political divide, but public schools across America, from Boston to Seattle, have opened their doors for activist teachings from the divisive Black Lives Matter political organization," Parents Defending Education vice president of investigations Asra Nomani said in a statement.

"Under the cover of a week of action, called ‘Black Lives Matter at School,’ children as young as five years old are being trained how to be political activists," Nomani continued. "What we are witnessing is state-sponsored political indoctrination, using coloring books, downloadable slide shows and contests to teach a next generation ‘social justice activism,’ in the program’s own words."

"We need radicalization out of schools, especially as children struggle with learning loss from the pandemic, and reading, writing and arithmetic back in schools," Nomani added.

I has started posting links after I read about Eric Adams apologizing after making comments about his 'cracker' colleagues.

Obviously different standards at work.

You're black and run your mouth there is equivocation and understanding because of a history of double standards.

You're white and run your mouth there is zero equivocation and understanding because of a history of double standards. Nail them to the cross.

You're Asian you run your mouth nobody seems to care.

You're Jewish and run your mouth nobody wants to care.

All I can say is that I hope as we old bastards die off a lot of this **** goes with us. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I hope this particular talk dies down. Paying reparations to Black families because their ancestors were slaves 150 years ago. Where did that come from?

Another rant… forgiving all student college debt. First, no one twisted your arm to go to college. A student should have a good idea how much debt they are going to rack up. Secondly, someone will have to pay off those loans. That would be you and me the taxpayers. I didn’t ask you to go to school. Why should I send my tax dollars to bail you out?

In general most people don't know crap about history and certainly never want to have it explained. Easier to stick with the familiar touchstones and not have your Belief disturbed.

Thing is, slavery is one of them but that's not at the core of it, IMO. It's what happened afterward and continues to in some respects. Think about what things were like when we were kids. Women in the workplace were treated very differently as were minorities. Opportunities, rates of pay, even areas to live in were a whole different ball of wax. LBJ formally ended segregation right about the time I was born.

Regarding areas to live - around here from the 60s - 90s the place was all IBM. Everywhere. Executives lived in certain areas, managers in others, serfs in others. A real estate agent would know what I am referring to. I live in an example of this caste system that was as white as the driven snow. I'm saying that everybody got a taste of certain things, some much more than others.

People don't deserve college degrees just because. Just because what, society owes them a debt ? I thought that's what the GI Bill was for. Social equity won't happen just because either.

I am an immigrant. In the country I was born, that being Hungary, in the capital city Budapest, in O'Buda, Pest being on the other side of the Danube river, higher education, as in several European/Scandinavian countries, is paid for. Everyone of my relatives there, both young and old, have PHD's. I, by them with a college degree, am considered a bum.

Just saying.

I knew plenty of kids my age that went to college because it gave them 4 more years to goof off and not find a job. As long as Mom and Dad were footing the bill why not slide by.

My sister had a HS classmate that went to a private, exclusive college. After two year of law school he decided he didn’t want to be a lawyer. The last time my sister saw him he was practicing law and waiting on tables at a steak house. His mother pissed away all that money on him. She should have spent the money on a long ocean cruise for herself instead.

Massachusetts university program asks White students and faculty to be 'co-conspirators' in 'racial justice'
The program takes time to process 'White feelings'

The University of Massachusetts-Amherst is hosting a program intended for White students to become "co-conspirators" for racial justice, and will take time to process "White feelings."

"White Allies Against Racism: How to be a co-conspirator for racial justice," is a program being hosted this spring by the University of Massachusetts Amherst Center for Racial Justice and Youth Engaged Research and encourages participants to "imperfectly fight racism every day by unlearning whiteness & putting our power on the line for racial justice."

The program is open to students and faculty, and the application asks, in part, their race and ethnic identities as well as their history of participating in racial justice efforts.

Participants will "Understand our complicity in white supremacy and deepen knowledge about how it works (at UMass)," "Develop tools for accountability & sustained action to end racism," and "Be prepared to implement skills in their departments, programs, & areas of influence," according to a description of the program.

One document explaining why the program uses the term "white co-conspirators" rather than "allies" states that it believes holding time for White people to "unpack, process, and unlearn a lifetime of White supremacist ideology" is critical to furthering racial justice.

"At CRJ, we believe that holding intentional, time-limited spaces for white people to unpack, process, and unlearn a lifetime of white supremacist ideology in accountable community with other white people is critical to the work of furthering racial justice," the document states.

The document also states that the program will adopt Pippi Kessler's argument that "White caucus or affinity spaces play an important role for White people who are working against racism." For example, the program incorporates Kessler's model by "processing White feelings," "retraining," and taking "action to shift power."

"Processing White feelings: working through emotions that often come up for White people like sadness, shame, paralysis, confusion, denial, etc," the document states. "Action to shift power: taking action to redistribute resources, change who’s in power, alter institutions."

The program equips "White participants with the skills to perpetually interrogate their own Whiteness in order to show up in solidarity with BIPOC folx and take bold action to end racism," the document states. According to a university webpage, the program is led by White students and faculty.

In case anybody may have noticed, there is quite a coincidence between the arrival of Donald Trump and the inflammation of racial issues. Not to say they aren't present and real but they have been politically weaponized for reasons that have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with race. Wouldn't you just love to get John Brennan ****faced, maybe slip him something, and have him spill his guts on what he knows about this. I look at the last several years and it looks like exactly the sort of operation the CIA would perpetrate on someone else. Or the IMF force, except they'd be more competent.

San Francisco has risen up!' Three woke school board members are BOOTED OUT in recall election funded by Silicon Valley billionaires after they focused on changing 44 schools' 'racist' names instead of reopening them during pandemic

Three woke San Francisco school board members who invested more time on social justice issues - like the botched renaming of 44 schools - instead of reopening them during the pandemic have been ousted in a rare recall election funded largely in part by Silicon Valley billionaires and millionaires. In a hot-button recall election, 70% of parents in the liberal city voted to recall the board members on Tuesday, according to the San Francisco Department of Elections. The school board has seven members, all Democrats, but only three were eligible to be recalled: school board President Gabriela López, Vice President Faauuga Moliga and Commissioner Alison Collins. The effort was well-funded by some of Silicon Valley's billionaires and millionaires, led by early Apple investor Arthur Rock, who poured more than $500,000 of his billion-dollar fortune into the recall. PayPal CEO David Sacks - who has three children and opposes mask mandates and school closures - donated $75,000, and venture capitalist Garry Tan donated $26,000. Among parents' main frustrations were that the school board failed to address reopening schools during the pandemic, and instead focused their efforts on renaming 44 because they claimed they were named after 'problematic' American icons, like Paul Revere. But they botched their efforts after it was revealed that they hired a so-called expert who used inaccurate historical acounts on Wikipedia entries to justify renaming the schools. 'The city of San Francisco has risen up and said this is not acceptable to put our kids last,' said Siva Raj, a parent who helped launch the recall effort.

Biden taps non-binary drag queen to look after nuclear waste: MIT graduate and 'kink activist' says it will be 'enormous challenge' to take on top level Department of Energy role

The Biden administration has hired the first non-binary person to a federal government leadership position, according to Sam Brinton, who will now serve as deputy assistant secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition in the office of nuclear energy for the Department of Energy. Brinton, who uses the pronouns they/them, said in a post on LinkedIn that they believe they will be the 'first gender fluid person in federal government leadership.' 'In this role I'll be doing what I always dreamed of doing, leading the effort to solve the nation's nuclear waste challenges,' Brinton said. 'I'll do all I can to bring innovative thought into this government role.'

It seems that these days if someone disagrees with your viewpoint, you label them as white supremacists/racist. What maybe even worse is that most people don’t bother to think for themselves. They just go along as sheeple.

If a white person did this they would cry racism, but a black person did it and they don't think it was racially motivated...How else can this be perceived?...Just a prank that went sideways, sure...

...

Black female high school student is identified as vandal behind racist graffiti that saw Sacramento high school's water fountains scrawled with 'white' and 'colored

A black female high school student has admitted to scrawling racist graffiti over the drinking fountains at her high school, district authorities said Friday, telling them that it was a 'prank that went sideways.'

The vandal inked the words 'colored' and 'white' over two water fountains at McClatchy High School in what appeared to be a reference to segregated drinking fountains found during the era of segregation in the Jim Crow South.

The unnamed girl was caught on video and confessed to the act. The school district has said she will still be disciplined.

'It was a prank that went sideways is my characterization of what the young woman said in her confession,' Mark Harris, a community liaison for the Sacramento Unified School District, said at a press conference.

He said that he didn't think that the girl was motivated by racism or hate.

'I don't believe those words that were on those water fountains were racist,' Harris said. 'I do not believe they were hate crime or hate speech. Part of it quite honestly is because the admitted perpetrator is a young African American woman.'

Binghamton University professor Ana Maria Candela is under fire for prioritizing 'non-white folks' during class discussions and asking white male students to remain silent in violation of school policy. you are white, male, or someone privileged by the racial and gender structures of our society to have your voice easily voiced and heard, we will often ask you to hold off on your questions or comments to give others priority and will come back to you a bit later or at another time,' she wrote in a class syllabus. Her rule has since been removed by the school, but not before angering a number of students
