Ex-Portland State professor who quit because college was too woke reveals he was told to 'f**k off' by students and faculty for 'inflicting trauma by asking them questions'

Peter Boghossian was a full-time assistant professor of philosophy at Portland State University for 10 years until his scathing public resignation letter in September, in which he called it a 'social justice factory' that drives 'intolerance of divergent beliefs.' But Boghossian's chapter with the university seems far from over. On Tuesday, he claimed to have been confronted by students and faculty who allegedly told him to 'f*** off.' 'Today, faculty and students in Portland State University's sociology department confronted me. They claimed that I was inflicting trauma on people by asking questions,' Boghossian wrote in a tweet. It is unclear what led to the confrontation or what kind of questions Boghossian was asking. DailyMail.com has reached out to him for comment.

White Thomson Reuters data scientist says he was FIRED by woke bullies for sharing data showing cops kill more unarmed white people than black people - and claiming BLM contributed to deaths of thousands

Zac Kriegman (left), a former director of data science at Thomson Reuters, claimed he was wrongfully fired from his job after sharing his research on race and police killings with colleagues. In the post he shared on the company's internal social media platform (top right) outlined his research that showed showed unarmed white people were more likely to be killed by cops than black people and that the Black Lives Matter movement allegedly caused the deaths of thousands. The Washington Post, which has led the effort to document fatal police shootings, found that since 2015, 3,024 white people have been killed by police and 1,596 black people have been killed (bottom-right). The findings highlight that black people were disproportionally affected by the shootings as they make up only 13 percent of the U.S. population, but Kriegman said the rhetoric was incomplete and when he tried proving it, he said he received backlash from fellow white co-workers.

Woke think tank spend SIX MONTHS coming up with 'ultra MAGA' slur Biden is now using to describe GOP - even though former spokeswoman Jen Psaki claims president created it himself

Joe Biden's new catchphrase 'ultra-MAGA' was dreamt up by a woke think-tank who spent six months coining the phrase - despite claims the president himself came up with it. The revelation, first reported by the Washington Post , contradicts claims from ex-Secretary Jen Psaki that the president came up with the phrase, which reportedly was the culmination a campaign to find ways to target Republican voters. According to the Post, staffers at the liberal Center for American Progress Action Fund toiled for six months to find ways to gain a foothold in the November elections - with the now often-uttered phrase being the culmination of their efforts. The group is headed by top Biden aide Anita Dunn, who returned to the White House this month as senior adviser after resigning from the same position back in August. The phrase, a reference to former President Trump's 'Make America Great Again' campaign slogan, was first uttered by Biden last week, during a speech in which he panned the GOP and what he called radical positions from Republican candidates. But it has been co-opted by GOP members who remain deeply loyal to Donald Trump.

University of Illinois Chicago wants to ban the word 'obesity' because focusing on body size is 'rooted in racism'

Multiple woke academics now claim the word 'obesity' is racist and should be dropped in favor of 'people with larger bodies.' The University of Illinois Chicago's school of public health published a health brief titled: 'Addressing weight stigma and fatphobia in public health' that explored ' the association between racism, weight, and health.' According to Amanda Montgomery RD, public health's focus on preventing obesity has brought in an increase of negative attitudes towards 'people with larger bodies' - her preferred alternative term - and is currently one of the only socially acceptable forms of discrimination. The brief claims that public health approaches related to obesity can be harmful because of the focus on one outcome - weight loss- and because it tends to ignore the root cause of the issue. Academics say many of the causes are rooted in discrimination borne of settlers driving Native Americans off their land, then forcing black and Hispanic workers to farm that land for low pay. Professor Sabrina Springs (right) from the University of California Irvine says the roots of fatphobia can be traced all the way back to the days of slavery.

Middle schooler, 13, is terrified he'll be shunned by colleges after he was accused of sexual harassment for using wrong pronoun when talking to non-binary classmate

A teenager fears he'll be shunned by colleges after his school accused him of sexual harassment for using the wrong pronoun when talking to a non-binary classmate. Braden Rabidoux, from Kiel in Wisconsin, spoke out after he was hit with a Title IX complaint for referring to the student as 'she' rather than 'they' or 'them.'

Speaking to Fox News Wednesday, he said: 'I was anxious and scared and upset because I didn’t know what was going to happen. But mostly anxious for my present self and my future self because a charge like that on my record could shatter my chances at getting into a college when I grow up.'

Braden and two of his classmates, who have not been named, were hit with the complaint earlier this month.

They were said to have been berated by the non-binary classmate who screamed abuse at the three students for using female pronouns instead of gender-neutral ones.

Using the wrong pronoun for a transgender or non-binary person is known as misgendering.

I am always amused at how Amero-centric these American left wing academics are. The root of everything always stems from something that supposedly happened in modern, post-European settlement, American history.

They view things through their own myopic lens and vilify those who fail to instantly agree with them. Real history in context is far too annoying and lacking in simple easily repeated phrases. Lots of big words and stuff, makes the head hurt.

I always thought this “woke” business would come from the Republicans. It looks like the Democrats have beat them to it. People like Elon Musk have these binaries noses out of joint. They can’t control rich billionaires like him. It will be even worse if Musk finally purchases Twitter. They will be attacking him left and right.

My parents have long passed away. My Dad’s head would explode if he heard all this nonsense. Is this what he fought in WWII for??

I imagine each generation has it's own angst when it comes to taking the back seat. My grandparents were aghast at what was going on in the late 60s/early 70s.

If you were old enough and can think back to the hippie/free love movement era, all that was swept away. It didn’t turn out like many people thought. Many of those people ended up living normal lives and working in a corporate environment. Who’d a thunk it?

'Pizza Hut has gone full woke, now we must make them full broke': Restaurant chain sparks outrage and national boycott after its children's' book club featured story about a young boy in DRAG

Pizza Hut's reading promotion scheme Book It, in which children can earn a free pizza if they complete reading challenges, features a story about a young boy in drag. The backlash against the book Big Wig was immediate. 'Pizza Hut has gone full woke, now we must make them full broke,' tweeted Brigitte Gabriel, activist and conservative commentator. Jack Posobiec added: 'I warned you about what Pizza Hut had become but you weren't ready to hear it.' The author seemed to find the drama amusing. 'Wait until they find out I made fake Book It! certificates to get free personal pans when I was seven,' he said.

The event, titled 'Drag The Kids To Pride,' was held at the Mr. Misster gay nightclub in North Dallas on Saturday morning. The event invited parents to bring their kids along for a morning drag show, and featured children dancing alongside men dressed in drag beneath a pink neon sign reading 'It's not gonna lick itself.'

Biden admin renames mountain in Yellowstone National Park because old name was deemed 'offensive'

The National Park Service announced last week that Yellowstone National Park's Mount Doane would be renamed First Peoples Mountain.

The agency said Thursday the change was taken to remove an "offensive name" from America's first national park.

The U.S. Board on Geographic Names voted unanimously, 15-0, affirming the decision. The Wyoming mountain stands at 10,551 feet east of Yellowstone Lake.

The mountain was previously named after explorer Gustavus Doane.

The difference being, that in the near future when these kids have 'grown up'... many will not be able to "live their normal lives" because of two reasons, the first being the permanent psychological trauma that they will feel for the parents/guardians that were supposed to protect them from the damage caused by this 'trend' , some of it irreversible damage in the form of surgery and chemical hormones that weaken the skeletal system and even 'chemical castration drugs'! ... I feel that this is a very different scenario than indoctrinating kids to wear flowers in their hair, sticking two fingers up at authority and to preach love for all humanity! [not to mention appreciate brilliant music] x23

Cheers buddy.

Baby boomers. One day you're protesting Vietnam, the next you're Gordon Gekko.

At that time there was a cultural divide that left traditionalists, the ones who accepted their government's views and authority without question at odds with those who defied it. Both were 'right' in their own fashion - something we could never admit to in today's climate. Or then either I suppose, it takes some time and detachment to see it. Also at that time it seemed we had truly talented people in office. Think what you will of Nixon and Kissinger and company, or of LBJ or many of the lesser known figures - some of those people were absolutely brilliant in an era where REAL for-all-the beans - brinksmanship was being played.

I don't see competency or brilliance in public office right now anywhere, or so rarely as to not make a difference. Let's see Biden and Blinken go toe to toe with a Mao Tse Tung or Leonid Brezhnev and come away better for it. Yeah, right. The teleprompter is all they're capable of and I cringe when I see what's been happening in our foreign policy. Ukraine did Joe a favor by taking Afghanistan out of our ice-cube-on-a-sidewalk attention span. Old man bumbling his way through a presidency that has to have every statement that falls out of his mouth clarified multiple times. It's all about pandering to the instantaneous news cycle, which leaves us squawking like chickens. No doubt our parents and grandparents back then looked at the world, their kids and thought 'you're screwed' and sounds as if we're doing the same.

I've said it many times - it's the instant access to communication that is making all this insanity. It's one of the reasons for the mass shootings. With anonymity, or at least detachment, the level of rancor is dangerously amplified and is incessant. I agree with @1963 . We're seeing a deliberate campaign aimed and control and brainwashing and who the hell knows what the result will be - probably not as intended. Nobody burning their draft cards thought they'd wind up playing out Money Never Sleeps but there you go.
