Things in Australia that can kill you

Dundee

Fading day by day.
Lots of ants as well we have inchmen ( cause they are an inch long ) and bluebottles while not deadly they sure can sting and bite.

On one of my trips around Australia we had on night one what I was sure was an Alien flesh eating Monster in the 4x4. My kids were little, ranging from about 5 to 12. It was night, and one by one two of them started screaming like they were about to be cut in half. Both boys were trying to cling to the roof lining, feet on the rear armrests, hands on the front seats, bums on the roof. Screamed the car to a stop.
Anyway, long story short, I dismantled every single removable item, shoe, sock and blanket from the car until i found the squashed corpses of two big bull ants. Took me over an hour by torch light. Funny now but the kids were not happy. Great start to a year on the road around OZ...night bloody one :)

As Above So Below
I've always wanted to visit Australia but not if I'm walking about in the city and good chance of running into a croc...Perhaps walls and draw bridges should be built around the cities to keep the crocodiles out...There's anot her way of thinner out the population, a celebrated mass kill off like some Americans do with snakes...

August

Metanoia
The sun also is another killer here with temps of sometimes over 50 deg C ( 122 Fahrenheit) , slip slop slap and drink lots of water.

Sheltie

Fratty and out of touch.
I once saw a type of funnel web spider in Texas that looked very similar. I wouldn't want to meet the spider that can kick a rattler's ass!

They can bite right thru leather boots and can bite thru fingernails, they are horrible things and very agrresive like a Rattler can be. The female is the larger one she eats the male after mating.
