Trump, What's up with This Dude?

I haven't been paying attention to the rest of the world today but while I was out running errands I had 77 WABC in NYC on and was listening to Curtis Sliwa. Some may know of him, he's a local thing but can be pretty funny for he short time I was listening. I find it entertaining but I'm not a fan that follows him, drive time AM radio is just familiar to me.

He mentioned that now that they've cracked the kid's phone it revealed little and that he apparently had no social media footprint at all. He had a job, his own car and sufficient income to be independent and yet the morning of the shooting the family went looking for him and called the local police about his disappearance.

He did buy a 50rd box of ammo that morning.

What did they know and what did they say to the police?

Curtis pointed out you'd be worried about a 12 year old but to do that for a 20 year old young man does seem odd. If true.
 
I've Concerns I fear to speak because people will think I've gone over the edge .. I fear this new oncoming political divide. I believe it will be unlike the last.. I fear wide spread rioting may emerge..


This election, My priorities are to make certain my fence has freshly broken glass shards gorilla glued to the tips.. that all my motion detection functions properly and that I have enough ammunition to fire five rounds every ten seconds for three hours straight....


I wish I was kidding.. but , safety does come first...

Considering the level of complete derangement and disconnect it wouldn't surprise me one bit. Considering the level of incompetence recently displayed by the US Secret Service Trump should worry about it.

BTW - the director of the USSS is a Jill Biden golden child.
 

Would-be Trump assassin ID’d as ‘suspicious’ over an hour before shooting: source​

The gunman who attempted to assassinate former President Trump on Saturday was identified as suspicious by law enforcement more than an hour before he opened fire, Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., told Fox News after a briefing between Senate lawmakers and the U.S. Secret Service.

“He was identified as a character of suspicion because [he had] a rangefinder as well as a backpack. And this was over an hour before the shooting actually occurred,” Barrasso said. “So, you would think over the course of that hour, you shouldn't lose sight of the individual. Somebody ought to be following up on those sorts of things. No evidence of that happening at all.”

Fox News was told that the Secret Service was aware of the threat before Trump walked on stage and narrowly survived an assassination attempt.

A Secret Service agent in charge of security for the event was on the phone with local and state police about the threat while the shooting took place, Barrasso said.

Barrasso said there was no talk of reports that local officers engaged with the shooter before he opened fire.

"They shut it after just a couple of questions and didn't get to any of the meat of the matter," Barrasso said.

Barrasso called for U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to resign.

"The American people shouldn't feel comfortable with this," Barrasso said. "This is a total failure [on behalf of] the Secret Service. We need replacement at the top."

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., who also took part in a briefing with the Secret Service and the FBI, said she was “appalled to learn the Secret Service knew about a threat prior to President Trump walking on stage.”

“I have no confidence in the leadership of Director Cheatle and believe it is in the best interest of our nation if she steps down from her position,” Blackburn wrote in a post on X.

Now that more background info is available it seems that the would be assassin was just very, very lucky. Security services were everywhere doing what they were supposed to do, they were even inside the building from which shots were take.

Unfortunately, he somehow slipped through. Probably it was 1 in 1,000 chance.

I think Lee Harvey Oswald did too. If you look into Gavrillo Princip and how the assassination plot against the Archduke in 1914 unfolded it reads like a dark comedy. It really was a conspiracy involving dozens and yet it came to to a fantastic stroke of chance. Really, the man thought he failed and had gone to a deli for a sandwich and came out to find his target sitting still right in front of him. We know what happened next.

Same for President McKinley's assassination. The head of the Secret Service had literally just been chastised for spending unauthorized money protecting the president immediately before it happened. You think the current head of the USSS has egg on their face? I bet her predecessor had more.

Their charter comes from the Treasury Dept. and was to deal with the huge counterfeiting problem at the time. Also at that time the office of the President wasn't quite the same as it became later. That's still part of their carter as far as I know. That meant McKinley went to Buffalo, NY and lacking adequate protection was shot at close range by an 'anarchist' and died of sepsis two days later.

Dan Carlin calls them 'historical arsonists' . Good term.

BTW - I saw they cleaned up the gore off the sniper's roof. I'm sure they've got what they wanted from the scene already. This will fit into the conspiracy theories already incubating and will be considered akin to the police inspector who washed Jack the Ripper's chalk writing off the wall before it was photographed. His reasoning was straightforward, he wasn't hiding anything.

I agree both on Oswald and Princip. In Princip's case it got even worse, duke's driver got lost, or his car broke down, and it stopped right in front of the assassin. Oswald just walked away and left the scene on the public bus.
 
I've looked at some of the people supporting Trump and possibly getting places in his administration. Theres plenty of vids of them talking.

This is not so much about Trump as the people who support him, who might fill the voids in his administration. J.D Vance for one, the man who seems to have little spine, so easily changing his mind about his earlier stances. Some people who are extemely religious, misogynist and racist. Are these the kinds of people you want running your administration? Your government?

How many people really support this in your country , the most extremist of ideas, 15-20 percent? I looked at the polls and most people don't want the things in Project 2025. Don't blame them. I mean banning porn, come on. This is 1920's morality guardianship.

Theyre worse than extreme evangelist christian white supremacists, who want to abolish the separation between state and church? Basically an US christian Taliban? How so exactly? What the hell have they supposedly done, in detail, that is worse?

What is nonsensical about it, have you seen these people talk? That is exactly what they want. They spell it out in their plan, pretty clearly. Even if the President does not want some of it, these people if they are in the admin, will try to push some of these through anyway.

And you still did not answer my question. What has the Biden administration done that is worse, in detail please?

High crime in democrat controlled cities which was hardly present before Biden, extremely high inflation due to Biden's reckless spending, atrocious withdraw from Afghanistan wasting our entire endeavors in that country, reckless open borders which we will see terrorist attacks because of allowing extremists in our country, leftist antifa rioting in our cities, to name a few....None of these problems were present when we have had a Republican president...

If course you will think these things are not bad because you seem to believe the propaganda you've been posting here...Believe what you will, Americans know what's best for our country...I would suggest researching your beliefs in that project you go on about and you will find out some facts, but I would also suggest reading material that is not as biased as the youtube videos you posted here...

A typical of you, Not that I claim to know your personality super well. But you always struck me as a man with such profound intelligence that you would never fall for standard dehumanizing, well I suppose propaganda is the correct term.. either way , I know beyond a shadow of any doubt you are far more intelligent then to truly believe people can be organized into such neat and concicsove category's. . Part of the reason for the divide is that people honestly believe others are so one dimensional.. I don't believe for one moment that you don't possess the introspection to realize that most everyone has.more depth than those generalizations..
