The credit union I use decided to improve their website recently. When I first went to use the new site, the layout was confusing. Worse yet, I could not access my credit card transactions. I would hit the link and it sat there and did nothing. The next part made it all worse. I tried to call customer service support. The recorded message tells me I am 87th in line! Whenever I would call previously my call would be taken within 2 minutes. I gave up a couple of times. I then tried the chat online feature. To my surprise someone got right to me. Her solution? She told me how to go back to using the old layout. I figured all those 87 other people must be complaining that the new website wasn’t working for them. I only hope they keep the old layout up and running.
