Turkey UFO Video Stabilized

Do you remember the famous footage of a UFO in Turkey that showed alien occupants in the window?...Its been stabilized and while the occupants are still blurry there are more defined details which looks like aliens...I think Mick West claimed he debunked the video saying it was cruise ship lights, but I don't know about that...
