Area201

cold fusion
August- it's not real... the dripping effect was created in software like autodesk maya using the biofrost pluggin or created with adobe aftereffects. i use these effects all the time myself- it's my job.

this is most definitely cgi in my professional opinion... move on

this is true, you are right on that particular video

but the LA police dept video not as easy explanation however, that one I'm going with we don't know for sure what's going on

:unsure8: yeah i think you dont belong on this forum
you do think then! answer the question i asked you...........
show me one sky object that drips never ending fluid over an city
i don't know where 'an city' is but anyways=i asked why to start with but i'll put it another way:

would it be good for your argument if i can find one- or if i can't? i'm confused as to your point... that's only if you actually know the point you're trying to make... for some reason i doubt you do....

i've explained why i feel the footage is probably fake so for the sake of discussion why not tell us why you think it's real
1: it was taken by the LAPD
2: i have never seen cgi that looks that
3: fluids look smooth, hard to do with cgi

The fact that you've never seen any CGI that looks like that doesn't change mean that there can't be.
Also hard or not, all of those effects are possible using computers.
Looks smooth? So does 30 > 60 FPS footage
