If you go to 2:44 frame you can see what I'm reasonably confident is video of a real and very typical ufo. Video is recent and from Brazil.

I personally take the recent viralised South and Central American footage with grain of salt though, particularly whenever el señor Jaime Maussan is mentioned.

Yes... drone was my initial reaction too. .. but having said that, it is designed the way it was solely to create the effect that it did. ... Well. it seems to be a clever design to me. ... perhaps it might be something similar to this one. { but with a saucer-shaped foil or mylar disguise on it?}...
