Declassified CIA file describes locations of alleged alien bases

The document pertains to a secretive remote-viewing experiment designed to gain intelligence on military targets. Between 1977 and 1995, the CIA had been heavily invested in experiments involving remote viewing - a type of alleged psychic projection enabling someone to view things over long distances using only the power of their own mind.

Known collectively as Project Stargate, these experiments were mainly aimed at acquiring information for military and domestic intelligence purposes, but could be used for other pursuits as well. Examples of some of the more 'out there' observations reported by remote viewers can be found in declassified CIA files which document many of their sessions.

One such document, entitled Description of Personnel Associated 'ET' Bases, concerns alleged alien bases located not only on the Earth, but on other worlds within our own solar system as well. The remote viewer had also described various types of operatives working at these facilities. "All personnel observed at this base on 20 November 1986 appeared to be no different than native Earthlings," they wrote concerning a base on Titan - a moon of Saturn. "There were two male technician-types sitting at a control panel of some kind. Behind them stood an attractive female with brown shoulder-length hair, wearing a pale green lab coat or smock. She appeared to be in some sort of supervisory role."

Another section of the file referred to a base on (or inside) Mount Hayes in Alaska. "There appeared to be two types of entities associated with this site," the remote viewer recalled. "The two entities located outside of the structure were accomplishing some sort of routine task - unable to make contact with them or gain information of any sort."

The third record concerned an alleged base that was either in South America or Africa. "There appeared to be two types of entities associated with this site also," the document states. "The first had a very large, round-shaped head on a slender neck - very unhuman in appearance - almost robot-like - unable to make any contact with this being. The other entity was almost human-like in appearance. His face was devoid of any hair, his complexion was very pale - facial features were very indistinct with the exception of a sharp, slender nose. This entity seemed friendly enough and appeared to be aware of my presence."

As tends to be typical of such claims, however, no concrete evidence that any of these facilities actually exist has ever been forthcoming.

You can view the original file on the CIA's archives -

Never-before-seen footage of UFO dubbed The Cigar soaring over US border

REVEALED: Never-before-seen footage of UFO dubbed The Cigar soaring over US border

An Army veteran and former border patrol agent has revealed shocking and unexplained sightings taking place at the US southern border. Bob Thompson, who spent 14 years with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is now showing the world a never-before-seen UFO spotted near Arizona.

The unidentified object, called 'The Cigar,' was recorded by a CBP reconnaissance plane in early 2020, capturing the mysterious craft flying at a high rate of speed.

Thompson told NewsNation's Ross Coulthart that the UFO had a short, cylindrical body with no visible wings or propellers. Moreover, CBP cameras didn't even see a visible heat trail from an engine, so its method of propulsion is still a mystery. Thompson said he has spoken to more than 100 CBP agents who have witnessed strange and unidentified objects flying along the US border.

While coordinating the airspace along the southern border, Thompson added that he's also seen all sorts of different UFO designs invading US territory. 'I've seen orbs that were off in the distance. I've seen crafts that were cigar-shaped, I've seen triangles,' the whistleblower said. Although many of these accounts are being dismissed as drones, likely flown by drug cartels trying to sneak into the US, Thompson claimed that there's more going on that just illegal immigration and drug trafficking.

Chaos as mysterious UFO collides with fighter jet in mid-air over Arizona

A UFO slammed into a US fighter jet over Arizona, cracking the canopy protecting the pilot, and forcing the $63 million plane to land, new reports have revealed. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the F-16 Viper fighter jet was hit by an 'orange-white UAS' - which stands for uncrewed aerial system, better known as a drone - on January 19, 2023.

Within a day of this collision, there were three more unidentified aircraft sightings over the Air Force's Barry Goldwater Range, where the fighter was damaged, the documents stated. Barry Goldwater Range is an expanse of desert along the Arizona-Mexico border where the military practices air-to-air and air-to-ground combat.

The FAA's report of the F-16 collision revealed that the fighter was flying in restricted airspace near Gila Bend, Arizona, when it was hit by the object in the rear of the canopy, the glass bubble which protects the pilot. No injuries were reported. The Air Force did not reveal how much damage the jet suffered, but the plane was grounded for repairs.

These new details come as a stunning report from the Department of Defense's All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) shows there have been hundreds of UFO reports made in recent years and Arizona is becoming the nation's new UFO hotspot.

AARO serves as a centralized department which looks into all things related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) sightings and reports which could impact national security or air safety.

Just started this but so far I am enjoying it. I've bought a couple of Flying Disk Press books but on Kindle they are just pdfs and not easy to read, the format is not the best without fiddling a lot.

Just saw episode 2 of 4. I had no idea Calvin claims this happened to him again in 1993 and it's a damned weird story. Charlie also claimed other contact.

Problem is, although I actually believe them and their sincerity it does nothing to add to their credibility. Same for Betty and Barney Hill. If you sit and listen to Barney's hypnosis sessions it's really disturbing and he undeniably went through a severe trauma of some sort.

Interestingly Calvin said he looked down and saw his body still in his fishing boat in '93 when he was transported to wherever it was. That part of the story is really different, also he 'got tired of this shit' and decided to knock ET around a little.

There are arguments regarding the nuts & bolts theory vs 'something else'. The people who have studied this the longest seem to gravitate toward the latter camp. To paraphrase Spock, I think it's arrogant human presumption to assume we have it all figured out as there have been several points in our history when we've thought that and been wrong.

This does seem to be more related to human consciousness and as I have been saying, perhaps these events are simply our interpretation of contact. That would tend to explain some of the more ludicrous statements like Betty Hill being offered a book; like a small child who has been abused she may have been framing the event in the only way she could but it may not literally represent what happened. In any case, this simply served to reaffirm my belief that what the Tedesco brothers observed was human in origin - those things not nearly weird enough.

All this was a refreshing diversion from politics and current events.Ed

I will never warm up to using a cell for certain things, I'm a QWERTY kind of feller and a hack at that.

Over the years I've heard that there were other witnesses to the original Pascagoula event; from the Coast Guard, a person stationed on a nearby bridge and a couple that was in a car on a nearby road. Nothing major, none saw any great detail but they did describe unusual lights that correspond with Charlie and Calvin's experience and tend to corroborate at least some of what they were saying. Unfortunately it took some time for all that to surface but it was research that did so, not someone suddenly coming forward.

The couple in their car were quite elderly by the time their story came to light and I believe it was a family member that recounted the tale. It seemed quite straightforward with little embellishment. IIRC they were in nursing homes and beyond the point of giving testimony. Frankly, grandchildren describing family encounters just does not resonate with me so apologies to Kathleen Marden and Jesse Marcel's kin.

I don't know what to make of hypnosis, to me it just seems a form of meditation. No doubt it has value on some level as Dr. Benjamin Simon certainly felt. His concern was the treatment of veteran's PTSD long before the term came into being which was a very touchy subject to the military at the time. He never believed that Betty and Barney Hill had encountered aliens, only that there was some obviously traumatic kernel to the whole thing. Book rights (that Simon and Betty got a taste of), TV movies not long after the event certainly do not add credibility.

I think Charlie and Calvin were quite sincere and doubters really need to listen to that secret tape recording the police chief made - it convinced the Chief that something really happened that they were not lying about. That said, I believe Calvin was naive and a bit too trusting to anyone with a sympathetic ear - like Betty Hill. Last night's episode involved testimony from people who were nearby and witnessed certain things and I thought great ! We'll get to hear about that about that couple I mentioned.

Wrong couple. The real question I asked myself and later answered is 'a couple of what ?' A man makes what is essentially a deathbed confession that he and his wife were abducted and the net result is that she begins weaving a tale made up entirely of pop UFO lore about alien human hybrids - driving cars no less. Up until this year I had real problems with aliens driving cars as I would see them all the time but those were the other kind.

Calvin apparently swallowed it all hook, line and sinker. I'm not sure what to make of the hypnotist but would not consider her to be in the league with Doctor - Colonel - Simon. Stop fooking about with your cell phone during the sessions at a minimum, it takes something that already doesn't look good look even more not-gooder.

I consider deathbed confessions problematic at best. Remember that Roger Patterson was trying to make money for his family when he took that famous PGF film because he had terminal cancer and that's one of the hook skeptics liked to hang their hats on. There have been others UFO related that really haven't panned out, they serve to convince the already convinced. Calvin is one of these too - he did this to make some scratch for his family as he knew his time was very limited. I think he was naive but sincere about his original encounter. That's the problem decades on after an encounter, the story tends to grows legs like a millipede.

Philip Mantle seems perfectly genuine to me and I'd love to get a couple drinks in him to hear what he really thinks. Remember that the only way Calvin would have anything to do with him was to allow him to tell his story, whatever it was unedited so here we are.

What I'd like to hear is something similar to but not quite the same as a deathbed confession; stroke victim statements. In our own family we are aware of some real doozies. In one case a man started talking about the girlfriend he kept secret for years in great veridical detail, his wife essentially abandoned him for that reason while he was still in Hospice care. My aunt said some things to me that really caught me by surprise and shed light on a few mysteries that I could have lived without.

So, tonight we'll see about the last episode.

Scientist delivers ominous message to humanity after UFO covered in strange writing is found

A UFO researcher has an ominous message for humanity as governments around the world begin releasing more information about alleged contact with extraterrestrials. Dr Julia Mossbridge is a cognitive neuroscientist and a researcher of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) - the new term for UFOs and alien sightings.

After scientists in Colombia recovered a mysterious, sphere-shaped object that many now believe is a piece of UFO technology, Mossbridge said the world is moving into an era which may soon have to deal with the knowledge that aliens exist. 'We are entering a time when we are starting to recognize as humans we don't have the control that we thought we had over everything,' Dr Mossbridge told Fox News.

However, Mossbridge, who studies how humans think and also attended the May 1 congressional hearing on UAPs, said the impending disclosure of alien life could throw the worldview of many people into chaos. 'One of the mistakes we make is [saying], because I think I understand this, everything I think today is true,' the neuroscientist explained. 'It ends up making us very confused when something shows up that doesn't fit our model of the world,' she added.

While the sphere in Colombia is convincing many that the public is finally looking at alien technology, Mossbridge actually remains skeptical that this discovery is a genuine UFO. 'The sphere itself seems kind of like an art project,' the UFO researcher said, adding that she believes it was created by humans, not aliens. Mossbridge noted that no direct connection has been made between a video of what's being called the Buga sphere and the actual metal object found in Colombia. 'If an artist is doing this, why is that? Well, I think it's partly the same reason. It's because we're learning that we don't understand what's in our skies or our waters. And there's something going on that's essentially bigger than us,' Mossbridge explained.

The so-called 'UFO' was spotted in March over the town of Buga, zig-zagging through the sky in a way that defies the movement of conventional aircraft. That same object was allegedly recovered shortly after it landed and has since been analyzed by scientists, who discovered it features three layers of metal-like material and 18 microspheres surrounding a central nucleus they are calling 'a chip.'

Dr Jose Luis Velazquez, a radiologist who examined the sphere, reported finding 'no welds or joints,' which would typically provide a clue that humans made it. 'It is of artificial origin, in that it shows no evidence of welding, and its internal structure is composed of high-density elements. More testing is needed to establish its origin,' Velazquez and his team contended. The sphere also displays symbols that the team compared to ancient scripts, including runes, Ogham and Mesopotamian writing systems.

Using AI to assist in deciphering the design, the team interpreted the message to read: 'The origin of birth through union and energy in the cycle of transformation, meeting point of unity, expansion, and consciousness — individual consciousness.' 'We interpret it as a message to humanity, encouraging a collective shift in consciousness to help Mother Earth—especially considering the current issues with pollution and environmental decline,' the researchers said.

David Velez el Potro, one of the individuals who recovered the object, recently spoke on Maussan Television hosted by journalist and ufologist Jaime Maussan, whose research has stirred controversy for nearly a decade. Maussan gained attention in 2017 when he claimed to have discovered alien mummies in Peru—findings that remain unconfirmed. Velez el Potro has claimed that the sphere is authentic, found in the woods of Buga.

He told Maussan that the man who found it, Jose, felt sick for days after touching the object. 'When I poured water on it, it started to smoke and the water vaporized instantly,' Velez el Potro added, suggesting the interior was hot and exterior cold. There have been no official reports or scientific analysis to confirm claims of a sphere falling over Buga. Only eyewitness reports. Velez el Potro said the government contacted him to hand it over the sphere, but he refused, saying, 'It would never be seen again.' Mossbridge noted that Velez el Potro's alleged discovery is the latest incident where people outside of the government are trying to find out what's going on with UAPs before someone comes in and shuts down the investigation.

Non-governmental, non-partisan research groups like the Galileo Project and the Scientific Coalition for UAP studies have all been working to prove the existence of alien life in recent years. 'They are all trying to get rigorous information themselves, not necessarily waiting on the federal government, about what's going on in our skies, what's going on in our waters,' she said. Velez el Potro gave it to Maussan and his team of experts with hopes of them uncovering the sphere's origin.

Researchers found that the sphere had irregular edges, 'indicating that it is a solid object.' The findings suggest that the outer layer could be made of titanium or steel, but researchers noted that a full composition analysis is needed to confirm this. X-rays did not reveal any visible signs of how the mysterious object was assembled.

Pascagoula 73 episode 4 redeemed the series. It was about Philip Mantle and the second half tied things up nicely. It did mention the Coast Guard and several other witnesses - ones that weren't spewing foolishness to gain attention.

I started to have a look at that last night and got interrupted so I expect to get back to it. I left it during the interview aboard the Hornet.

First impressions are that this is a for-profit startup with two 'unnamed geniuses'. The interviewer had a paid advertisement.

That does not bode well, money and anonymity instantly raises red flags with me. Of course, it might take exactly that to crack the lid off the big UFO mystery but military contractors smell like the 'fox guarding the hen house'.

I'm not defending them or anything but will point out that by comparison the Tedesco brothers shared everything openly, including some guy's friggin' arm that magically appeared without explanation. Avi Loeb thought highly enough of them to bring them into the Galileo Project - I wonder what his opinion of this startup would be, if he's aware of it.

Well, things cost money. He needs to pay these people spending days on end there, not to mention helicopter and pilot and all the expensive equipment. One makes aobut $2,000 per million views on YouTube, so I don't see how's that to cover all the costs they have.
There is no way to do disent science nowadays without spleshing $0.5M. As far as I remember even Tedesco bros spent something like $0.5+ on hardware.

Agreed, it is expensive and as I said if there ever is 'the answer' maybe this is what it'll look like, IDK.

Problem is, tech aside this is falling into an all too familiar pattern. Military backgrounds to add credibility, claims of insider knowledge etc. Hal Puthoff's there ... again... he turns up like a bad penny and has yet to produce anything concrete. I heard mention of one of the whistleblowers - where did that all go ? Nowhere it seems. Ross Coulthart sounds very good and yet for all the unnamed sources and extraordinary claims so far it's added up to zero.

If they really have something here they have a certain credibility gap to bridge.

OK, crux is in the data, but they are not showing it in order, as he said "to give time to government to muzzle them if it wanted". I'm personaly quite impressed with a guy, he's well spoken and streightforward. He obviously had a lots of experience dealing with government's requirements and he well understands their pain points down to a tee.

But if one listens to his general descriptions of data its very similar to what Tedesco brothers had shown. To me that's all that there is to it, I don't need politician to tell me what to think if I can get reasonable hint of what data shows. Esentially its joice between science and government. I personally would 99% of time go for science and more or less ignore what government is saying.

One interesting point was that when their radar was on, UFOs started hiding behind the ridgelines. Exactly as what Co. Corso said, that UFOs can be shot down with microwaves. So, obviously UFOs were avoiing full exposure to radar beams. As well, he said that wen radars were on UFOs kept themselves at a very edge of radar's range, again because field strength would be lowest there.

Exactly as what Co. Corso said,

I will give this video it's due another night as it is interesting to me but I'd caution against taking Corso at his word. That book wasn't received well - Strom Thrumond regretted writing the forward once he found out what was about. He wrote it because of his high opinion of the Colonel's background but I think what he said in the book about UFOs was shot full of holes as inaccurate almost immediately.

These from when Col. Corso's Day After Roswell was released. I know Philip Klass and CSI are prone to knee jerk debunking but that doesn't mean they're always wrong. There are some basic facts you'd think the Colonel wouldn't miss

The Senator and the UFOs

Philip J. Corso's Roswell Book Is Riddled With Factual Errors
These are brilliant resources. Great hard to find deep digs. But they mostly focus on personal tittle-tattle and small side factual errors. None of us is perfect, memories fade, none of us is factually consistent 100% of time. I don't really care weather he said that Roswell remains went to one AFB or other. More one reads about such events more both conflicting and correlating info one finds. But that's nothing special to UFOs, if one reads about politis or economics or arts or whatever he will always find that various sources will be in conflict with each other. Just a background noise.

I tried writing a boook about physics of UFOs from witness testimonials and there were so many referencies and cross-referencies that after 3 months of work I only had 40 half-veryfied pages. If one is to check every little fact than writing a book would take 10-15 years. Col. Corzo was an old man when he wrote this and he would most likely dye of old age if he spent 10 years double checking each reference in the book.

But the way I look at UFO is from physics perspective and how claimed or observed facts fit into classical physics. If writer brings out new physical obsevation that fits classical physics than he's super-hero for me,
