I sat here for a few minutes trying to find an old Paul Hogan Show clip about some bushy beard - bush jacket wearing - bush naturalist that this guy reminded me of. No such luck.

It was definitely Paul Hogan and how that came to the surface all these years later I can't say. Used to watch that and Benny Hill on my little portable B&W Radio Shack tv, among a lot of other things.
The pixie at roughly 9:40. First thought it's a monkey. Moves like one. Maybe has monkey-mange or some skin condition. I'd be looking to see what wildlife inhabits wherever he is. If it includes wee primates then that's probably it.
