Something as definitely changed in our weather. It kinda looks like the gods are angry.

I think between having a solar minimum and the magnetic poles in reversal mode both are having a visible impact on our weather and causing much of the climate change...We've had an extremely wet and cooler summer than normal this year...

Weather is different all over.
Climate change is normal as is Global warming.
Here where I live it is getting dry and becoming a fire danger, even though the ground water is higher than normal still.

It's Friday and look heavy rains I wake up to, as if we need anymore rain and by the looks of it the rain isn't stopping anytime soon today...When I wrote that yesterday morning I thought yesterday was Wednesday lol...The rain doesn't care what day it is though...

Our average rainfall in my area for August is 3.5 inches, this past August we received 17.1 inches on rain, well over the average with 18 out of 31 days rain days, and we had much cooler days in August which I'm assuming was a result of the extra rainfall...Our average annual rainfall is 42 inches and so far we've received 84 inches, double the average...

We're in September now and suddenly no rain and none forecast for the next ten days as if someone turned off the water spigot...

Hurricane warnings in effect for parts of Gulf Coast as Tropical Storm Sally gathers strength

Hurricane and tropical storm warnings were in effect for portions of the U.S. Gulf Coast as AccuWeather meteorologists on Sunday continued monitoring the latest threat to the U.S.: Tropical Storm Sally, which had taken shape a day earlier.

Sally was gathering strength as it moved over the Gulf of Mexico, where water temperatures range from the low- to mid-80s F, and the storm is forecast to reach hurricane strength before making landfall along the Gulf Coast.

By 11 p.m. EDT on Sunday, the storm was centered 140 miles south-southwest of Panama City, Florida, and about 185 miles east-southeast of the mouth of Mississippi River. It was moving northwestward at 8 mph and maximum sustained winds had remained at 60 mph. Sally, formerly Tropical Depression 19, ramped up quickly and strengthened to a tropical storm at 2 p.m. EDT on Saturday afternoon.

Forecasters expect Sally to continue rapidly strengthening into Monday and anticipate Sally to become a Category 1 hurricane.
