This meteor over Finland turned night into day.
Video shows night sky lit up by meteor over Lapland | Daily Mail Online
This is the incredible moment the night sky was lit up by a fireball from a falling meteor over Finnish Lapland.

Footage shows a bright light in the sky over Inari in Finland - but the flash was so intense it was also seen in Russia's Kola Peninsula and in northern Norway.

Stargazers reported seeing the sky 'light up like day' for a few seconds as the space rock plummeted towards Earth on November 16.

Comon, Farts are always good value, the best one is to let a silent but deadly one go in a car, count to three and say, can anyone smell petrol? Of course what does everyone then do? Take a big sniff looking for petrol. It's hilarious.

There is a whole webcomic that started out based on this theme.

"Dr. McNinja".

The author wrote a short joke comic about McDonald's offending Ninjas with the McNinja Burger (silent but deadly) and it took on a life of it's own.

Fireball over Germany.
Police Receives A Lot of Reports On The Strange Fireball From Anxious Germans • Latest UFO sightings
A bizarre fireball in a dramatic appearance was observed speeding through the sky over Germany. Citizens in Italy and Switzerland had also seen the UFO getting brighter and giving out the blue and green light. German police speculated that it was a celestial body.

The UFO sighting video shows the bright aerial thing speeding over the town of Hoeschen, sparking speculations about aliens. It then faded into the distance.

The fireball resulted in the number of calls received by the police. A police spokesman said that they could not tell what the bright light was.

Christian Hoppe, German air traffic control spokesman, said they could not tell anything other than saying that it was not an aircraft.

Anxious witnesses took to Twitter to share their thoughts about what they had observed.

Aliens spacecraft, a meteor, or a crashing Chinese space stations are just among the possibilities being put forward on the social media.

Most witnesses of the UFO came from the German states of Saarland, Baden-Wuerttemberg, as well as the southern part of Hesse. However, the same UFO was also spotted in Switzerland and Italy, particularly on the other side of the Alps at Lake Garda.

We can rule out sonic booms. That sound graph does look like a sonic boom run backwards though.

Metanoia
Does this clown ever say when this alleged event happened in the northeastern US? He does need some basic science lessons.....like that light moves faster than sound.

Not sure . I do know that light doesn't always move at the speed of light and that's a fact.

Not sure . I do know that light doesn't always move at the speed of light and that's a fact.

I do know that light doesn't always appear to be going 186,000 miles per second.......but I've yet to see light slowed down to around 800 mile per hour.

Are you familiar with a sniper saying that goes "if you heard my shot you were not the target".

Years ago I heard accounts of people having broken ankles from the ground accelerating upwards. I wouldn't doubt if it's part of an alien war.

As Above So Below
I've seen many headlines lately of quite a few reports of strange sounds and/or earth shaking...Haven't had the time to read them all when I come across the articles but one was explained by an air force drill hitting the sound barrier out west somewhere...

Fireball seen over Florida.
NASA Confirms Mysterious Fireball Above Florida
Florida residents were stunned on Tuesday night when they looked to the skies and noticed a fireball suddenly streak across the sky before "exploding" behind the clouds.

According to reports, NASA received more than 60 reports of the cosmic event and has confirmed that it was not the beginning of an alien invasion.

The space agency told ABC Action News in Tampa that the streak was actually a fragment of an asteroid that broke up over the Gulf of Mexico.

"Yeah, that's sort of a typical fireball," said astronomer Dr. Craig Joseph of the St. Petersburg College Observatory after being shown footage captured by civilians and shared to the internet.

NASA determined that the fireball eventually made a water landing somewhere off the west coast of Naples and estimated that it was approximately 10 inches wide, which Dr. Joseph says is significantly larger than a typical grain-sized falling star.
