Has that fire been contained yet or at least held back from spreading any further?...We have had very humid hot days in the high 90s for the last two weeks...August is usually the hot month for us..

It's 93 percent contained. The excessive heat all over the world is drying out everything.

Sand Fire reaches 93 percent containment, officials say

Good news on the containment but yeah the temperatures have been escalating this month above normal...We haven't had rain in over three weeks which is unusual for July along with the high temps...Our usual hottest month is August and only for a couple weeks, no telling what August will bring this year.

The sky is brown in 360 degrees. It looks like the Santa Ana winds are kicking up all the fine ash from the recent fires.

Record breaking day 52 in Seattle without rain. Old record 51 days ended w/0.76" 8/27/1951
So dry here now that trees and lawns are dying and or dead. Watering is almost useless.
Never seen it go this long without some rain.

Seattle and the local area have also been overcast with a fog like covering of smoke from fires in Canada which come down out of the Frazier River Valley of BC. Vancouver must be a nightmare. I know because I went to Montana last year and it like visiting hell. Everything from Spokane on going eastwards was blanketed in smoke so thick your eyes burned. Flat ass scary. Once you got into the burning forests of Montana the rivers were nearly bone dry and the wildlife had taken to moving inside the little cities which stretch along the old highways like US 2. Deer standing in downtown on lawns, in the parks, turkey standing along the highway, fire crews all over. It was damn scary to be frank. Poor critter will have a hard time of it with that much damage.

David Wilcock mentioned the drought in California. They've been using HAARP to prevent rain because we're the food basket. Another version I heard is the European elite don't think we suffered enough during WW2. CyberKen's version is the sun has transitioned into a white star. It was 104 in the shade today in LA.

Our summer here was colder and more cludy than what we are used to. High altitude jet streams kept the high pressures away...
Meanwhile southern Europe had weeks of 30-35 Deg C ... Unfair..

IF C Bystander was here he could prob. explain this as something normal...
