Contaminating Your Present Course in Time?

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.
I have realized that the past and future are real illusions, that they exist in the present, which is what there is and all there is.

How have I missed this Author with all I have read on DMT?.
Thank you, perusing eBay now.
Expensive on eBay!!!

McKenna was pretty wild. An expert on all things psychedelic, particularly DMT. He had some very interesting ideas regarding DMT being technology left for us so we could interface with other dimensions.

Beyond anything in print I'd suggest some of his spoken word stuff as well. You can find quite a bit for free on YouTube. Enjoy!

Does one really learn from ones past or is there actually a contamination of the past into your current timeline which inadvertently changes your path in time?...Would you be doing the things you are now if the past had no affect on your present?...

For example, even something simple as listening to music you once loved when you were young, in listening to this past music are you allowing the past to bleed into your present and contaminate your present course in time or are you seeing this once beloved music through your present eyes?...

Interesting. I've never considered this before. Are you trying to associate the passage of time with quantum entanglement? There are a lot of physicists who believe that, just as very distant objects are connected, the past and future may also be intertwined.

Indeed, I think future events affect past events, changing that past or how we perceive it...

How can we know if the "contamination" wasn't always supposed to have happened?

If this is so should we not also remember our past incarnations?...

Indeed this is the big problem with pondering the qualities of time passage and time travel -- eventually we stumble upon a paradox.

I think paradoxes cannot be resolved most times either because its subjective to the particular circumstances of a unique situation...Anyone from outside of that supposed paradox looking at it will not grasp the whole from the particulars given...

So with 2018 here on the very first day, does one ponder if everything that happened in 2017 should stay in 2017 for the most part?...

It all depends if you can notice what a dejevue is before the dejevues stop than yes, but if not then you have no choice but to keep the destiny that was bestowed to you...nothing is random unless you have the bloodline to do so and do it in a timely and respectable manner.

I have had the same experience, but in reverse. There is a road, shown below near my old home town. I don't live there any more but grew up there. I know this road like the back of my hand. I have walked it, push biked it, rode motorbikes on it, and raced my mates in cars on it for decades. The shot you are looking at is how it is now, and how it was before. But I swear on my life that I drove down it one day and at this very spot their was a long driveway, a gate, and a house. I remember thinking when I saw it. When did that get built. Looks like it has been there for ages. It did not look new at all. Anyway. I shrugged it off. Drove out the same road a few weeks later and it was gone. Looks like the photo, and how I always remembered it. You have to remember this is a road I have traveled literally 100s of times. I was not mistaken where it was. But I can still see the wooden fence, and the driveway and house.???
bravo! you experienced an timeslip, either that house is gonna get built in the future or it is already there in an alternate reality

The past, present and future exist all simultaneously...when one looks at it from the multiverse perspective.
Time is perspective.
Ones own time stays relative and stable regardless where one is in all existence.
