Would you like to make contact with an alien race? Why?

I am wondering if ,like where I live, it would not be a very good idea for Aliens to land and be friendly . Country folk here are a mite skittish with their trigger fingers to anything from 'outside'.

Unless they were incited.

I said Yes,

But no E.Ts have showed up here yet.:emo:

*disappointed*

"But no E.Ts have showed up here yet" - I assume you mean you have not had any direct conscious communication
with an alien - Most people have also had no such contact.

Then you have those claiming contact - Some are in fact unbalanced, others imaginative, but then again........

Going all the way back to the Bible and throughout all Human history there are reports of alien and/or occult
type contact with beings not of this material Earth.

I have been studying this for years and still keep an open mind.

I believe, but can not prove, that there are existent intelligences not of this world - This may have been the root
of religion and the mystical sciences of the past - And today may be the foundation of much of UFO/Alien
mythology.

Is any of it real? - Who can say for sure what is real? - There is no absolute consistent reality - Everything changes.

Only:

The Future is real - and

THE FUTURE IS NOW !!!

It seems to be quiet on the Alien abduction scene at the moment . Why would this be so ? Has the Alien contact scenario moved on to another facet of it.

Think they are busy mutilating cows and horses in south america.. The human abductions caused and drew to much attention to their work here.

If you are going to believe in contact occurring, or having occurred, then why believe only one group of aliens are making contact?

The cattle mutilations - so far with no evidence whatsoever of any Human involvement - Are the closest thing we have
to 'proof' of an alien presence interacting with the Planet Earth.

Human abductions, channeled communications, etc. still remain to be proven without doubt.

Our pesky diseases and virus's may keep them away. Humans have paid in billions of lives to develop immunity to our sicknesses the Aliens would not have the benefit of that. It may be the smallest of things on this planet that would doom the Alien interlopers.

In the document I came across some time ago, it had stated that if aliens did land they would probably die within 2 weeks of breathing the air and less than a week of coming into contact with humans. If aliens are smart like you mortals claim they are then they will absolutely never land on earth.

When a mortal is born it needs at least 24 to 32 shots I believe before the age of 5 years old.The reality of this in real terms, means, that there are 24 to 32 viruses just floating around on earth that just does not disappear or can be fully contained.

It's a lot of complications to even fathom on the thought of aliens walking amongst humans or even revealing themselves. The health is just one of maybe 30 issues as to why disclosure is a long way off,

I see no reason why we should expect that aliens are going to suddenly disclose their presence en masse in a worldwide, undeniable way. I think they will continue to visit our planet, carry on a variety of activities, allow themselves and their craft to be photographed and videoed, and disclose themselves to individual people and perhaps parts of governments. Their general modus operandi hasn't changed much over the course of History.

I would love to make contact with them! I would want to know all about their inner social groups -- do they have societies, as we do? How they lived their day to day, how they formed their relationship. How do they 'consume' as such -- $, currency, nothing at all?

I'd want to know if they knew how we worked, the dynamic relationship of human/human (or human/sentient life), just for curiosity sake. It would be nice to see and outside perspective!

Recently I've had the most serious doubts about the existence of aliens. It bothers me because I'd so like to live long enough to know that other beings exist and whom are intelligent enough to make their way here, but unless I and my associates are right about vehicles like the ARV, and unless Gary McKinnon is right, then the facts seem to say meeting an alien is about as likely as finding a diamond ring on beach.

Earth is so tiny, so far removed from the vast concentrations of other star systems, and we are moving along with our own star at a phenomenal speed enclosed inside a shielded bubble created by our own star, and all of which makes it impossible for anything other than a very advanced race to reach us, let alone give a damn that we exist. If aliens come here there's a reason which doesn't include people or our corrupted civilization. They can't possibly be coming here for the religions, the politics, or the economics, or the technology.

I do find that the diversity of life on earth is intriguing. Despite all our so-called accounting for it, the idea that a tiger, or a shark, or a pit viper came forth out of nature is like crazy. It is to me like some species are so alien that they seem fantastical and therefore possibly not of this earth. Now of course we know that's not the case, but it suggests that the elements which bring life forth out of Universe may be similar to life found elsewhere, or it could be that life comes here to see life which may not exist elsewhere, or cannot come in to existence elsewhere. Life on earth may be the stuff of dreams realized which cannot spring forth elsewhere for reasons we don't understand.

There's got to be a reason why any advanced life would find it's way here and nothing really explains this other than the diversity of life on earth that I can see.

Take for example my Avatar. Do you know what animal this is? It's a Fossa from Madagascar.

Fossa | National Geographic

Fossa is one of Madagascar's most carnivorous animals and supposedly the most frightening of animals. It has high confidence, subtlety and has a strong will. It's body is long and graceful, and its ferocity gives it the power we find in animals that we associate with lions and tigers. It's a relative of the Mongoose growing up to 6 feet long from nose to tail tip. Fossa have retractable claws and catlike teeth. Its coat is reddish brown and its muzzle resembles that of a dog. Swift and agile it's capable of moving through the trees so swiftly that researchers say they have trouble seeing and tracking them. They think there's like 3 or 4 thousand left in the wild.

Cryptoprocta ferox lives about 15 years, it's an apex predator weighing between 15 to 25 pounds. Fossa is a solitary animal like a tiger and like tigers it will kill and eat anything it catches. I like to think I know about most most animals on this planet, but until recent I had neither heard nor seen any photos of this creature. I had no idea that such an animal lived, let alone was still alive and not extinct, because it is the kind of creature one might suspect was extinct. It looks like it could have been creeping around with other extinct creatures.

I'm trying to raise money to breed these so that I can import them to Australia to control their giant rat problem.

Those are good reasons Hux - But others, and the course of Human history, might give an advanced alien race cause

to reject Human contact - Humans are often exploitive - and observant aliens may find contact with Humans not

desirable.

- Of course I can not prove it - but if even a small fraction of the UFO reports and sighting are real - You can assume

that an alien intelligence is in an observational phase when it comes to PLanet Earth.

Well I think we made ourselves known to other species when we started detonating nukes...

I hope that we haven't 'scared away' any form of intelligence (if it should be out there!) but you're most likely right. We've abused the beautiful Earth that we live on and one another so... any sensible life that is out there most likely wouldn't want any contact. But I'm blue-sky thinking, so to speak, so hope that they can forgive any misdemeanors that we've committed and come give us some perspective (aka, we aren't the only thing out there)

Yes I would love for them to contact us. For the simple fact it would change the World forever and for the better, unless they were evil galatic overlords.

For one thing it would prove all religion is wrong which I truely believe has held back mankind to this day.[

Religion? - Early beginnings of intelligence - But it, like science, and most everything else, Man abuses it
and his own consciousness - Aliens fear contact with such a species.

The real problem alien fans, that no one wants to recognize........
A highly evolved intelligence that these aliens possess, would scare a good part of the Human race
- Like the magicians and witches of the past - some would start blaming all that goes wrong in the
World on them - as soon as they make overt contact with species Man
- And truth is, could you really trust them? - As a Human you assume hidden motives.

Majel Rodenberry, wife of Gene Rodenberry {Star Trek} produced an excellent sci-fi series some years ago
called "Earth: Final Conflict" depicting what might happen if an advanced ET race made contact.
- Yes they would offer all kinds of tech that would help Humans - But, some would not trust them
and, like in that series, they might not be as good natured as they first led us to believe.

Brainiacs, like physicist Stephen Hawking, have also warned us
- Becareful for what you wish for - You may get it.

Don't know about that.

If Alien doesn't taste good I'll ask them about their religion.
